stopped by for a caramel macchiato because I was really craving one, but what I got was just a regular coffee, maybe with some cream. It definitely wasn’t what I ordered. There was no espresso at all, and not even a hint of caramel.
I still paid for it, but it was very disappointing. What made it worse is that the place wasn’t even busy—they weren’t rushed or overwhelmed—so there was really no excuse for such poor preparation.
I left with my craving unsatisfied, and for a chain like this, I honestly expected much better. A barista who actually cares about what they’re making would make all the difference.

I’ve been coming here since this location opened. They have the kindest staff of any location that I have ever been to. My order has always been made exactly the way that I’ve wanted it to be. You will not find a better Dunkin anywhere else. Corina is a fantastic manager, the store wouldn’t be the same without her.

This Dunkin’ is impressively clean! The food was fresh, the drinks were delicious, and the service was outstanding. I don’t usually go to Dunkin’, but Michael went above and beyond to help me out and explain everything. He was fantastic. Highly recommend this location!

So glad this location opened!! My go-to get the day started Java! Staff delivers great customer service and they are quick for the most part… My reasoning for not giving a 5 star rating is due to the fact that my Vanilla Iced Coffee that I order every single day is never consistent and often times has to melted down for a while before I can even drink it because of the sweetness or occasionally I get it and you taste no coffee @ all. However this being a brand new location they probably just need a little more practice to get the consistency down which is okay I will still come they daily! Thank you for your great friendly service though it is appreciated!
