Normally the food and drinks are good, but today we got 4 orders of the bagel minis, 2 everything and 2 plain, and they were all flat, mushy and undercooked. The taste was horrible and the texture was not great either, the dough felt as if it wasn’t cooked. I’ve never seen the bagel bites look like this but they tasted awful.

Every time we order from door dash whoever prepares their orders has no care to pay attention to the orders. We order daily and everyday they forget something or don’t prep it the way we order it. We’ve complained we’ve gotten replacements but it’s an EVERYDAY this happens and it’s exhausting. What’s sad it’s the only Dunkin nearby for our orders. If we were able to get there they would get it right because we are there. I ordered coffee with Caramel and Sugar but it had no sugar. I just don’t understand why there is no pride in putting peoples orders in correctly and striving for good service! How would they feel if it was their order????

Friendly and very helpful staff. I usually don’t get coffee but today i felt i really wanted one & i stopped by & had ZERO idea as to what to get but the staff was very helpful in recommending me some drinks! I got the pumpkin macchiato and it was 10/10! Will definitely be coming back.

This is one of Dunkin’s (Thompson Bridge location) I go to frequently. I usually order the same coffee but mix it up with different add on flavors. They never disappoint me with making my drink perfectly! I never hesitate to pull in when I’m driving by. All of the employees are super friendly & seem to love their jobs.

Almost every morning I get a Med vanilla iced coffee and a BEC croissant. I was a firm believer in the BEC bagel but I was recommended the croissant and it changed my life lol. When getting the Iced coffee make sure to mention liquid sugar or you’ll get regular sugar for a cold coffee which doesn’t mix well & now you’re slurping sugar through a straw. That isn’t fun! Also the bagel minis are so good too! I just wish they came in a bigger size

Ordered via DoorDash, got a Hazelnut Iced coffee with Xtra skim milk and Xtra sugar. The first coffee I received wasn’t the right coffee, I contacted DoorDash and they did a redelivery of the coffee. Well the second coffee I received was a hazelnut iced coffee, but there was no extra skim milk or sugar. Not sure how you mess that up twice in a row… the food however was good, which is why I’m rating 2 stars instead of 1.

Went through the drive through at around 6:20pm ordered 2 iced signature caramel latte with light ice, got my order and this is what I got. 2 drinks of 90% ice. This is ridiculous when a customer asked for light ice you need to barely put any freaking ice in it not fill the drink with ice. $10 for two cups of ice. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.
