This location deserves a positive review because they have been consistent with all the food and coffee orders I’ve done in the last month. Because I’m in the area more, I decided to look at the Duncan app where I found a $5 deal. A medium iced or hot coffee and two bacon egg and cheese wraps is what I chose to customize my deal. The food is always hot and freshly made. My iced coffee was delicious. I sometimes do the caramel iced coffee, and today I ordered the mint chocolate chip swirl iced coffee. Both amazing..and I always use to customize my coffee by asking that they do 1 less part cream than usual.
The service is a tiny bit less upbeat than I would expect, but the employees are very efficient, kind, and personable. I think I may even have made a friend or two in them as now they seem to remember me as a regular customer. Just 2 years ago, I had said I would not go back to this location after having a bad experience, but I’m glad I came back because this location has really gotten back its zest.
I do wish the patio area was a bit cleaner, but I believe this location really functions more as a drive thru than one where you may see people parked at a table on their computer. Anyway, a special shout out goes to the kind Indian guy, and the sweet blonde young lady who always takes my orders in the drive thru.

The worst establishment I have seen, I wait for 20 minutes to order while I was waiting I went to the restroom and this is how I saw the restaurant. When I went back to get my order, it wasn’t ready.

Today I came to this Dunkin’ for the first time, and it was a horrible experience. The person on the headset was very rude and kept messing up my order. When I pulled up to the window, I thought the service might get better, but unfortunately it got worse.
The employee at the drive-through window was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly kept asking, “Is that all?” in a rushed and dismissive tone, not even giving me a chance to properly verify that my order was correct.
I politely asked her to repeat my order before I paid. She rudely said, “You have two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants.” I told her no, it was supposed to be one croissant and one bagel. She replied, “That’s what I said,” which was not true, and continued to have an attitude instead of correcting the mistake.
I remained calm and polite, but her rudeness made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. Overall, this experience was horrible, and the customer service at this location needs serious improvement. I will not be returning.

I’m sorry but overall I DO like this franchise. The employees at this location are rude and really do not care about the customer service. One time, one the employees at the drive through has gotten mad at me because I did not park close enough to the window. There was another instance where they have served coffee without sugar even though I requested sugar and cream and I was even served a coffee that the cup was warm but the coffee itself was cold. It had probably been sitting there for awhile.

The lady who takes the order has no customer service skills whatsoever. The crossiant sandwich was to hard. My iced coffee was HORRIBLE…don’t taste the flavor I paid for at all. Definitely won’t be going back to this location the next time I am in town for work.

I ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. As I order I repeatedly twice which donuts I wanted. I order 5 old fashioned donuts, 2 chocolate glazed, 1 Boston, 1 strawberry donut, 1 jelly, 2 glazed donut and I repeated twice which donuts I wanted and you can see I didn’t get the donuts I wanted. Bad service.

Just spent $33 dollars there for breakfast. All the expensive speciality croissants sandwiches had no flavor except the taste of stale oil. We couldn’t tell which kind was which. The hash browns were burnt. I won’t be back.

Today is 09.23.25, I want to recognize Alicia (spelling may be different), the young lady working today. She was the only employee in the store, handling both the drive-thru and walk-in customers with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. She deserves major credit for keeping everything running smoothly. However, I find it unacceptable that management would leave a teenager alone to operate the entire store. This is unfair to her and unsafe for both staff and customers. Leadership should be ashamed for putting her in this position, but Alicia herself did an incredible job under pressure.

Only giving 1 star to leave a review, they don’t even deserve that. We recently moved right up the street and this location is so convenient for us right by the highway but we will NOT be coming back here ever. Our coffee always tastes like milk or watered down. My boyfriend drove us to QT down the street and got their coffee to add to it just to have a decent taste.. And today I ordered the maple sugar bacon crescant and as you can see in the picture, what a disappointment. Not even warm or toasted.. not even the right cheese…Not even an egg on there. Like who was actually ok wrapping that up and serving it? Its like they took an old one and tried to serve that to me. Customer service is always rude and have to repeat my order 50 times before they get it. Over it. Not worth the headache and disappointment starting my mornings off. Will go out of my way to go to the Holcomb Bridge one from now on.
