This is the second time I’ve had a really messed up breakfast from this Dunkin. About a month ago, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with butter and a coffee I spent about 13 bucks. As I’m opening my food while driving getting on I20 it is just a bagel with butter no bacon, egg and cheese. I checked my receipt while driving and yes, it says bacon egg, and cheese and $13. (Couldn’t go back because I was too far on the highway) This morning I get a frozen coffee, a Boston cream donut, and a bagel with cream cheese. There is literally no cream cheese on this bagel.

Monday at 6:15amI ask for old fashion donuts and it was old, Tuesday at 6:08am, I got the same and it was old and dry. Today at 6:14am Wednesday, it was hard as a brick! Why are your food items ALWAYS stale? Why does it take me 10 minutes or more to ALWAYS get my food? I figured it out.. they serve one car at a time. From start to finish! My sister is a manager at a Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. I informed her of the issues at this store and she said call corporate. I will do just that!

Went through the drive thru and there was no line, so it was fast. Employee was nice and sizes were huge. The matcha was so grainy though and gave both us the worst stomachaches. I would come back, but definitely not for the matchas.

this is the worst Dunkin’ in America they very disrespectful. They don’t use gloves they rude to customers the donuts be stale. They use old coffee, just a disgrace someone need to look into this restaurant or the owner. Need to check and talk to the manager.

I’ve been visiting Dunkin’ Donuts locations across the country for years. After moving to town, I started coming to this location since it’s the closest. I always order ahead through the mobile app, but it doesn’t save time—there are frequent delays and confusion among staff and customers.
Today, they ran out of lids for hot drinks. When asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead, they served my hot drink in an iced coffee cup instead of just making it iced, which made little sense. I’d already waited a long time, so I didn’t want to hold up the line further.
This is my fifth visit here, and each time there’s been poor communication and frustration among customers. I don’t usually write reviews, but this location really needs some improvements.

This is the slowest Dunkin EVER! I’ve lived in 4 different states and been going to Dunkin for over 20 years. I have never seen a slower location. Don’t even try it during the morning rush the line be so long and where it’s situated on the road it blocks one lane of traffic on Moreland Ave. Don’t let the walk up window fool you that line be just as slow.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went on December 6th 2025 and I specifically asked for oat milk because my body can’t handle regular milk. I saw that it was made with regular milk and when I asked they said it was regular milk. When i corrected and asked for oat milk whoever was working the window rolled her eyes and all of a sudden my drink was made with oat milk. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn’t have. I am now having serious repercussions and I wish they would take dietary request seriously. I probably won’t go back to this location because simple request aren’t being done!

This Dunkin is honestly neglected. I went to use the bathroom before ordering and decided all together not to when I saw the state of the toilet. There was pee on the seat and trash on the floor. My boyfriend also showed me the soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom. It’s obvious the bathrooms aren’t being cleaned regularly. While waiting for my order, I looked around the lobby and saw no clean tables, trash on the floor, and overflowing trash cans. There was also a dead, dusty fly on top of the drink refrigerator. My sandwich was good, but my hasbrowns were cold, and my coffee was full of ice.
