I visited this location, as I normally do, and the service was just terrible. No one came to take my order, there were two people working, and their personal food was sitting on the counters, the food was ruffles and a chipotle bowl. The lady was on the phone, on facetime, and I never got my order taken. I did a mobile order, and it took about 12 minutes to get, there were multiple people to come in after me. The group of people got their drinks, the lady got her donuts, (which she came back in cause they were wrong). I ordered a large strawberry daydream refresher light ice and an order of the hashbrowns, my order number was #990, ordered at 4:48, i didn’t receive my drink until 5:02. And even then they didn’t get my hashbrowns. I stood there patiently waiting, the lady finally comes to ask me after about 3 minutes what I was waiting on. I asked for light ice, and the cup was completely full of ice. I took 2 sips and the ice was poking out, i’ll attach photos. I frequent this dunkin, and almost every single time my stuff is wrong. I ALWAYS have to ask them to take the ice out, or remake the drink, even on the ticket it always says “Less ice”. I know that the drink will not always be completely full, and i’m completely okay with that! I wouldn’t have been mad about my drink having so much ice, if the service was good. It was pretty gross in there, I mean their own food was all over the counters, where I could see it, like a whole chipotle bowl by the ovens. It was gross. I was so dissatisfied with my visit, and I never complain, but it was not busy, they were on facetime, chilling in the back, just not doing their job. I understand if it was busy, and my drink was wrong, and if they were nice. My drink was wrong, I didn’t get my food, and I was there for 22 minutes. There were maybe 5 people in that 22 minutes that got their stuff, even the screen said my order was ready, and it wasn’t even started. I’m just beyond dissatisfied, and wanted to let yall know.

I asked for a sour dough breakfast sandwich with extra cheese. The cashier said $8.09! Well, I’m from Mass., Home of DD! I eat these sandwiches all the time. Is this cashier out of her mind? That same sandwich at home is $5.69! I left, without the sandwich, totally pissed !!!

Service is top notch!!! I have travelled all over the United States at various Dunkin Donuts. And by far the best Barista I came across is “Angelica” her service was A Class, very professional and brewed my coffee to its finest taste!! Newnan Dunkin should be happy to have her. I would encourage her to move to Columbus, GA!! We need you in Columbus! Thanks for the awesome coffee and professional service! Truly an Angel

The person who took our order wasn’t very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was terrible! I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog! The hash browns were old, the sandwich bread was burnt, and the doughnuts tasted stale. I had to ask for more coffee flavoring. If we hadn’t been so far down I-85, I would have returned the food! On a positive note, the young lady who came in to work later was very friendly. Kudos to her!

Mobile order said ready but we waited a long time. They served several people who ordered inside while we just waited. They were out of French vanilla. They forgot my cold foam. It was a struggle to get our orders. None of the employees acted with any sense of urgency or speed. They just walked around like there wasn’t a line of people. “America doesn’t run on Dunkin here”- travel companion.

Arrived 11:15am on Saturday…took 20 min to get through drive through line?? And the drive thru line is a relatively small loop around. What are they cooking here? Seafood and Steaks? This is a “fast food” chain!! Let’s get back to the basics people. America runs on Dunkin..they don’t crawl!

Drive through order board posted $3 iced latte but cashier said they were no longer that price, the board was broken and the price was $4 something. I demanded the advertised price, so the manager met me at the window and said may I help you…I’m like no. She asked if the app had the $3 price and it did. So, I was able to get the deal. But, even if I did not have the app, I would still expect the advertised price. Paper and tape still works to cover the wrong price! It saves the customer and workers on stress. But, the latte and egg bagel bites were delicious!!

Waited fifteen minutes in the drive through just to get a macchiato with absolutely no coffee, just milk and sugar. I’ve tried liking this place since they are only 5 minutes away from me. But the past few times i’ve went, the staff has always been rude.And i’ve always had to wait at least twenty minutes in the drive through every time. This is my last time coming here.I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Great staff and service. Low on donuts before closing. Great with my eight year old. Treated all of us line people, not just the next one in line. Clean and able to social distant at spread out tables.
