Amber and J were amazing. This is the 3rd Dunkin I have been to in a month to get Frozen coffee and they made them the correct way. J said it put to much cream in mine I assured her it was fine. That I would take it not to remake even though she insisted on remaking. I got the mint chocolate chip, frozen coffee and the butter, pecan frozen coffee and both of them are amazing. They done a great job.. thank you for your great service.

Yesterday a young girl was working, very respectful, she was mostly handling people from the front and the window. She made everybody drinks fast and the correct way. Almost thought she was the only one working (raise deserved)

Coffee always wrong. Took a month off because it was so bad. Figured let new staff settle in. NOPE today’s coffee was disgusting. Then to top it off I put in mobile order so I don’t have to wait as long and they tell me to stay in regular lane. Defeats the purpose of a mobile lane. Very disappointing.

This was my first time going to Duncan Donuts and I was not impressed at all. Their “frozen drink” machine was out of order and the staff were not helpful at all. They were slow, not friendly at all, it was like pulling teeth to get them to even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Like I said this was my first time there, maybe it was just a bad day for them, I’m willing to give it another chance… sometime, but I will not go out of my way to do so. With that being said, I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

My fiancé and I stopped here about 7 am this morning and were so excited for our Dunkin run. However, our coffees were not good at all. This was our first time visiting this location, but getting our usual coffees. He got the caramel macchiato and I got the caramel craze signature latte. On top of the taste not being good whatsoever, the drinks were not filled all the way. We usually love Dunkin and were bummed at this visit, but are just going to stop at another location along the way.

As of fall 2021 it is a new location. It is HUGE. I think it’s the largest Dunkin I have ever been to. I have been a couple times now and there is never a wait. The inside is very modern and spacious. So much room!! I have also used the drive thru a couple times. Counter service and drive thru both were very fast. I appreciated that when ordering a seasonal donut -they were out of- they offered the same flavor munchkins. Staff has been very nice! Also, note it is extremely easy to enter and get out of with a dedicated traffic light. It is also attached to a gas station so very convenient. I did try something new yesterday. A seasonal drink for fall. It was great!

Awesome customer service! We were traveling for Thanksgiving and they happened to be open so we stopped in for the iced peppermint mocha before they closed. They gave us some free munchkins since they were about to close and it was so nice ❤️
