I walked in everyone in the building was very sweet asked a few question about thing on the menus and they were very knowledgeable about the new items I was helped by a Lady named Chancey she took my order then went to the back and made it just as I asked it’s wasn’t very complicated but the fact that she asked to make it personally shows she cares it was just a sweet black pepper sandwich places on a everything bagel instead of a croissant, I asked for the bacon to be crunchy. Not burnt cheese to be melted on the sandwich and that my snack and bacon be crunchy as well not only did you do all of that she ended up giving me extra bacon. I really appreciate her amazing customer service. I’ll be back to this location as simply because of her great service this morning thank you

I truly have a love hate relationship with this place. The staff is beyond rude and I was charged an extra dollar for a iced coffee with light ice. I am however semi-addicted to the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel sandwich as a routine after I drop my husband off for work. This location just isn’t the best at customer service and I usually drive away swearing I wont be back again.

Nice enough staff, but the food is just bad. The hash browns are consistently burned/ inedible, the breakfast sandwiches taste like nothing, the coffee is hit or miss, and the bag/napkins/wrapping all just have this odd fragrance to them. It’s unfortunate that this location does not provide a better experience as its placement is very convenient near the highway, but the disappointment is not a great way to start my morning so I will not return.

Coffee is usually great but the food is meh. While the donuts are usually decent, the sandwiches and other food is barely edible. I visited this morning and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru but it took at least 15 minutes for me to receive my order. I had to pull around to the front door to wait on my order but the employee still forgot to bring out one of my drinks. Time after time, my experience is just barely mediocre.
I will say the employees are usually friendly and that means a lot BUT this place needs some help. They’re way too slow for the food to still be bad and missing items.

This place is garbage! They never respect their closing time. Seriously, they always close up to 20 minutes before their normal closing time. I don’t know what time to go anymore to make sure it’s not closed. Sometimes I don’t have time to get there earlier or during the day. They never respect their closing time; it’s the worst.

Worst experience at a Dunkin ever, and the service was the worst service I’ve ever received. I was yelled at in the drive thru to hold, they didn’t have many menu items, the guy at the window was rude and short, we had to repeat our order multiple times, and the coffee I got was basically creamer.

I ordered from Dunkin this morning and was highly disappointed with the Hash browns and Maple bacon croissant they literally put 2 pieces of bacon on the sandwich and it was $13.
