I’m going to start with the employee named Katrina!! I am at this particular Dunkin way more then I actually should. Every worker knows me in there. I either go in the morning with my children or at night after work to grab a chocolate chip muffin!! I literally dread going there when Katrina is working. I go through the drive thru at night time and her attitude when she speaks is completely rude. Well tonight on January 15th, 2026 at 11:50pm I went through the drive thru KATRINA took my order very rudely per usual but I never say anything. I order the same exact thing every single time. I order 2 chocolate chip muffins, she asked if that was all I said yes, I sat there for a few seconds with her not saying anything so I drove around to the window to pay. Took her some time to come to the window and I had 6$ waiting for her in cash in my hand out the window of my car. I noticed her face is turned up to the moon like she smelled fresh dog doo. So I gave the same face back but still didn’t say anything. She then said with a bad attitude ” you said you wanted 2 muffins” I said yes, she said well I was asking you your order and you just drove off I thought you only wanted one. So in my mind I’m like ok it’s no big deal you could have asked me to repeat my order or just asked if I said 1 or 2 what’s the big deal. So she noticed my face in the beginning and asked why my face was like that, I said I was wondering why yours was like that as well so she rolled her eyes and left me at the window. I then went inside and got my order from a different lady that was working but she then came out from the back antagonizing me . I just can’t believe someone like her is working anywhere where customer service is needed. I will be reaching out to corporate as well because I always have pleasant encounters with every worker there except for her and she literally just walks around like that. Every single time I go and she’s there I absolutely dread it!! I really hope she finds the happiness she needs because she will never be successful in life treating people the way she does me!!

I visited the drive-thru around 4:44 AM and unfortunately had a very negative experience.
When I ordered a café mocha, the employee taking my order seemed impatient and spoke to me in a rude tone. I asked a clarifying question about the drink options listed on the menu, selected one, and was abruptly told to “pull around.”
At the window, a different employee assisted me. She appeared extremely anxious and physically unwell — sweating heavily and behaving in a way that made me uncomfortable about the interaction. After realizing the drink I ordered was essentially hot chocolate with espresso shots, I politely asked if I could cancel and instead order a hot chocolate with two espresso shots. I also asked for the name of the employee who took my order, but she refused to provide it. When I asked for the manager’s name, she closed the window and walked away.
I then went inside to reorder. I was told they couldn’t make hot chocolate with espresso, despite confirming they had both hot chocolate and espresso available. I even offered to pay for both items if they could combine them. After going back and forth, they did finally make the drink.
However, when I again asked for the manager’s name, I was told the police would be called and that I was being “belligerent,” which I strongly disagree with.
The entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. Given how uncomfortable the situation felt overall, I ultimately threw the drink away because I no longer felt safe consuming anything prepared during that visit.
Very disappointing experience, especially so early in the morning when you’d hope for basic courtesy and customer service.

Unfortunately as of late the coffee here is very watered down. Place is clean, staff is good, but they are likely not making according to DD policies to save $. I would avoid if you want true DD coffee as opposed to warm brown water. Oh well……

Avoid the Dunkin that’s on hwy 92 in Woodstock Ga next to quick trip and across from Arby’s at all cost!! The older man that was running the drive through at the window today was so rude to my wife! No name tag dark hair man I assume he’s the owner! Well we spend $25 nearly every Sunday there. That will stop now. All we asked for was a cup of water that the lady taking the order missed he started yelling at my wife saying you can’t add items at the window and refused to give us a water at the window. We left went to quick trip and bought bottle of water. My wife was furious so she goes back to tell him how he treats his customers is not right. When she walked back in he smirked and said let me guess 2 cups of water! He’s a complete jerk and if he’s the owner no wonder no one there has great customer service! If he’s not the owner he should be fired for taking to customers that way! No one it seems knows customer service anymore and it’s really sad how there’s no respect anymore for the customer!! Avoid this location at all cost!! I’m telling you, your order will not be right and they will barrage you for trying to spend more money at their store.

I have come to this Dunkin on three separate occasions, as it’s on my way to work. Every time I have ordered a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, and every single time it has been handed to me practically un-toasted. If you want a room temperature bagel with all the cream cheese spread on only half of your bagel, come here. It shows nothing but laziness and a lack of attention to detail. Do not come to this Dunkin. Staff was friendly and kind, but the food quality is unacceptable.

The older gentleman that took my order was rude. I was placing a breakfast order for my family. He acted annoyed that I was ordering multiple breakfast sandwiches. He made the comment “Yall sure are hungry aren’t you” We spent $53.80
On top of that we were short two sandwiches.
Instead of smart comments let’s make sure the order is correct.

I was in the drive thru today at 4:45am behind a man in a construction black truck. I could hear him verbally harassing the women who was trying to assist him. I heard him yelling profanties at her. Then he drove off aggressively and proceeded to go into the store. When I saw his behavior escalating, I called the cops to protect the employees.

They must be reading the reviews because I came in at 12:45 today and the store was clean and friendly! Not sure if they were short staffed today but the owners were making orders and they were still handling it all with quality service! Food is hot and delicious and they even managed to get crispy edges on the hash browns! The owner tried to give me a better price but I wanted the psl so it didn’t apply to the current deal but the fact that he pointed it out showed a lot to me. Y’all need to try the apple cider donut while it’s here, DELICIOUS! (Also if you’re worried about the food grade, it’s a 91 babyyyyy )

I went there Saturday around 6pm. Both girls were extremely nice, and the iced coffee was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, and sitting outside, I was surprised it was just as clean. One of the BEST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be back.
