This is my Very first time coming to this location and never have I ever experienced bad service as I did today. I ordered a Medium Sized Matcha and I asked for light ice. The lady in the drive thru refused to fill my cup up. And deliberately told me she will not do so because of store policy. I have never heard of this before. And she kept repeating herself as to why I can’t get my moneys worth instead of apologizing and giving a better response. Also I ordered food and it’s was cold. I didn’t want to let them know that because of her response in regards to my Matcha so I just left, that really put a very bad taste in my mouth about Dunkin and about this location. And I’ll assume they will not anything about it.

Was greeted by a guy named Q at the counter who was literally the nicest, most pleasant person I’ve ever encountered at a Dunkin. Super friendly and hooked me up with a coffee on the house after I asked if I could add one to the large order I had already paid for. Thanks man for making a crappy morning a nice one.

I ordered online 10 minutes before arrival. I wasn’t acknowledged until 5 minutes after standing at the pick up area. There were several people who came in and ordered and received their orders before I did. What is the point of ordering ahead of time online if I’m waiting longer than people walking in to order? I finally got my order 25 minutes after I placed it and 15 minutes after walking in to pick up!! Do better Dunkin!!

Didn’t like the service is the first time I order here. I ordered a hot coffee with a cream cheese bagel and and the lady with red hair didn’t gave me no sugar no napkins, and they didn’t spread the cream cheese on the bagel so I had a big ball in top of my bagels. Another thing is that when I was in car service they were all staring at me laughing and talking about me. That’s not profesional if you don’t like to give a good customer service quit your job. There was no cars in the line, I was the only one and they were acting like that.

This morning me and my bf went to dunkin I would say 11:22am we ordered and paid I got 1 medium frozen Carmel coffee it took til 11:33am to get my coffee my boyfriend noticed that a guy just stood there doing nothing didn’t talk or make sure of anything at the window and saw two people on their phones a girl was on her phone did 4 food orders that were orders from cars behind us im assuming and then went back to her phone there was no one in front of us we both work in the food industry I understand and I would understand if it was busy but it took 10 mins for 1 coffee to get out.

I just came in and stood there for 10 minutes. I was the only person there and there were no cars in the drive thru. The women behind the counter never acknowledged me much less helped me. Instead, they obnoxiously spoke in the back and paid me no attention. I will be taking my business to Starbucks.

The frozen drinks are never blended completely. The ice chunks are so big you can’t even suck out the straw and what you do get…is just crushed ice. After a few times, I brought it up to the cashier and she stated it was the blender. No fix. No effort to make it right. Food is cold or burt, or missing. I won’t waste my money at this location ever again.

Save your money and go to a different location. Their iced coffee and blended drinks taste horrible. They never put the flavor in you ask, use too little ice, dont blend them properly. It’s always a disappointing experience every time I come here. Today was my final attempt, it’s not worth it to keep trying this insanity.
