UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT THE DRIVE THRU TODAY!! First we asked if we could get the Sweet Cream Foam on the bottom of the Medium Cold Brew Coffee and the Attendee said “NO WE DON’T DO THAT !!” Well It’s been done before. Second, my Breakfast wrap was all separated in the Bag ( picture) That’s Cross contamination FOOD SERICE 101!! and when we went to pay the attendant handed us the card reader and moved it around and it gave a $4.14 UNAUTHORIZED TIP !! My wife felt rushed from the attendant to pay and it triggered the TIP !! I’m Never Going Back Again!! You want a tip from me and you can’t put foam on the bottom of the cup ..BS we deserve a REFUND!!

This place is alright, pretty great donuts as usual and the coffee is always good if you know what you want before you go, the Boston Creme Pies are always super tasty and they come out super fast witch is always nice but the building is horrible parking is tight and the drive through is tiny and feels like your going to hit the curb every single time so come with a smaller car

I come here about every day of the week on the way to work for coffee and it’s always amazing. I just came for the first time on a weekend and it was really busy and the staff was falling behind, but they were trying their best and they were treating everybody with respect and I just wanted to shout out the staff saying they handled all the customers giving them a hard time very well

I love Dunkin Donuts and the products they offer. Yesterday however, I had a disturbing experience. I asked for a large hot coffee and a sausage croissant. After I drank a little over half of my coffee, I got a mouth full of coffee grinds. I poured some liquid out to see “how much,” and I was astonished. I tried to call the store, but no one answered the phone. This was a terrible experience to say the least. I had to purchase a bottle of water from another store to rinse my mouth and remove all of the gunk.

Ordered an oatmilk hot cocoa and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I order it regularly. When I got my drink it was not full and I was served like it was a medium not a large.

Giving today’s experience a 5 star! Antonio was kind and friendly. Although he wore a mask, I could see a smile with his eyes.Great customer service! On to the second but first reason for my review! I tried a new drink of the week. It was so good! If you like matcha, you’ll love this drink. Not too sweet and not tart. I’ll be back tomorrow!

The food is good, the staff is nice just be prepared to wait especially on the weekends and around 7 am on the weekdays cause they usually have a line. This morning I had the new wrap that they have it’s not bad it has Eggs and veggies in it and a Hot green tea with 3 french vanilla cream or you can get the swirl.

I have order the chocolate freeze is too sweet not taste or smell any chocolate at all. I have asked for no whipped no coffee because i cant do caffeine.
Look what i got and then i told one of the worker i ordered no whipped no coffee. She was like oh there is no coffee in there and i can scoop the whipped cream out of your drink with an attitude.
Well i rather safe some of my times and keep the whipped cream since she aint care to apologize and also give me a drink educate which is mocha is not the coffee. The reason i give two stars because the cashier was patient and nice.
Ps. Dont be curious if your drink take longer than supposed to because a couple of them were seriously swiping on the phone and put the finish drink down there before they hand it to you

The fact that I sat in this line for 15 minutes almost and she simple could add a black coffee… was EXTREMELY rude about it also. Then when I said oh wow… she said OK WHAT DO YOU WANT… little girl needs to have respect and a better customer care presentation. If its busy for you then find a slower paced job.
