If I could give this place 0 stars I would , it’s a fairly new establishment use to be better in the first couple of months of being open but has went down from there. The service is horrible. Drive thru and inside both take forever to get coffee. Last and final time I will ever go there I ordered two coffees just like always took over 30 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars In front of me this is ridiculous first off. Then when I finally get to the windows they are just walking around not doing anything. They took my money and then proceeded to have me wait another 10 minutes. Then the girl making coffee asked what was there order? Once I got my order it was completely disgusting. I will never waist my money there again. I will go down the street to the one that actually has better service all around. I suggest no one go there if you want quality service.

I’m not sure what the issue is with this location. When I go on the weekend my food and drinks are always made to order and the service is great. Any time I go during the week everything tastes off and the service is not good. Today 12/17 I placed a mobile order for one drink. When I walked in the girl who was working was walking around working extra slow while she socialized with her friends. She was just talking to her friend and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. She finally put my mobile order up and it looked off immediately. I tasted it and confirmed it didn’t taste correct. I asked if she could remake my drink and she stared at me like I was an idiot and after a few moments asked what’s wrong with it. I told her it didn’t taste correct and that it didn’t even taste like coffee. She didn’t say anything at that point and just continued making mobile order drinks. Keep in mine I was the only customer there at this time. After she made a few drinks for people who weren’t there yet, she didn’t remake my drink but came up to me and asked me what was wrong with it again. I told her I wasn’t sure exactly but it didn’t taste right. She said but why- too much milk? Too much flavor? Mind you I don’t work at Dunkin so I don’t know why exactly it’s wrong, just that it is. When you order a drink especially a specialty drink with zero modifications it should taste the same every time. But my biggest issue was her attitude and how she responded. I am 9 months pregnant and ended up saying not to worry about it and threw it in the trash on my way out as she just kept looking at me like I was stupid. I work in customer service and the industry and her customer service skills are just about at a 0. This location is new but seems to be going down hill quickly.

This is hands down the best Dunkin’ around! The staff here are always so friendly, kind, and quick. Truly every visit feels like they truly care about great service. Out of the three Dunkin’ locations in our area, this is the only one we’ll go to because they’re consistently fast, accurate, and welcoming. The team deserves all the praise for keeping things running so smoothly. Thank you for starting our mornings off right every single time! My doggies love visiting too!

i love dunkin compared to other companies. i love the products, taste, and price. but this dunkin can’t get it together. neither of my drinks were made right. and when i walked in i waited for a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. there was 3 workers doing absolutely nothing.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed a mobile order ahead of time expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but instead I had to wait over 30 minutes for my drink and food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer than just walking in?

The staff didn’t seem organized or concerned about the delay, and there was no communication or apology for the long wait. Several people who ordered in-store after me got their orders first, which made the situation even more frustrating. They had also made my drink wrong, that i waited so long for.

Dunkin’ needs to do a much better job managing mobile orders and customer service. This experience was unacceptable, and I’ll be thinking twice before coming back to this location.

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the store around 10 minutes prior to getting there, thinking this would give enough time for my order to be ready, this was at 7:00 on a Sunday morning. Nope. I waited 10 – 15 more minutes for the order. The whole time there were maybe three cars in the drive thru and one walk in customer, they were not busy. Order is finally ready (or so I think), get home, items are missing from my order. The one bagel with cream cheese that actually made it into the bag looked like they scraped an EMPTY cream cheese container over the bagel.

The staff all looked like they absolutely hated their lives. No greeting from them when I entered the store, I had to greet them!

Do better.

i want to love this dunkin because (most) of the employees are cool & polite .. but as you can see my toast is literally black. hard as a rock & tastes awful. sometimes the food is still super cold in the middle as well. there are some employees as well, who can’t respond, talk or even say hello or have a nice day.. they won’t even make eye contact with you or just look at you like a burden .. not all tho, some very sweet kind people work there. i hate to be this person but it’s the only dunkin in my area & i want to give it 5 stars.. but it sucks to spend money for not good quality food & occasional bad service.

The idea behind putting in a mobile order is to have the food ready by the time you get to the location. I put in my order 10 minutes in advance to ensure this is the case. It defeats the whole purpose of doing a mobile order if they are going to leave out items, and not have your drink (a simple coffee) ready at all. Then when you bring it to their attention, their priority appears to be moving rhe drive-thru along before taking care of the mistake. Defeats the whole purpose…happens here often enough for me to avoid this location. The crew seems nice enough….but this is an annoying repeated thing.

I am not sure what is wrong with this location but they just can not get it together. I have given so many chances since they opened and each time i hope for the best and each and every time they somehow mess it up. 17 min wait time with only 2 cars in the drive thru and still did not have my order ready. Staff always seem overwhelmed and untrained. This is unfortunate as it would have been a convent location.

We went through the drive through, took 5 minutes for a greet. We got behind a car at the window, took their 2 drinks 10 minutes after we got there. The woman said their drinks were wrong. We got to the window, the girl took my $16 (the total was like $15.50) i said no change. She took literally 3 minutes to put the cash in the drawer. no joke. she dropped the straws, handed us our drink. it was wrong. then we wait 3 minutes and she tells us theres no croissants, so we get biscuits. We waited, no joke, 10 more minutes then just drove off. there was 2 cars behind us and no one inside. it was 4:10 on a Sunday afternoon. one girl was blonde and had brown eyes, the other was brunette with bright blue eyes. from what i hear, they suck.
