Keeping Up With Tina Allen
This used to be my absolute favorite Dunkin’ location. I would intentionally pass two other stores just to come here because the team was always fast, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience over the last two days has been very disappointing.
Yesterday, I walked into the store and was not greeted at all. No “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. I stood there for 3–5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. That was unusual for this location.
Today was even more frustrating. I went through the drive-through and ordered a caramel iced coffee with creamer and sugar, plus a French vanilla swirl. When I received my drink, it was incorrect — it tasted like a plain iced coffee with one French vanilla swirl and was not made as ordered.
When I let the employee know, instead of politely offering to fix it, she insisted that they had made exactly what I ordered and began going back and forth with me. The tone was unnecessarily argumentative. A simple “I’m sorry about that, pull forward and we’ll fix it” would have resolved the situation immediately.
The manager, Megan, came to the window and explained that they didn’t understand what I was saying. However, even after I expressed that the issue wasn’t just the misunderstanding but the rude response, there was still no apology. They did remake the drink, but the interaction left a bad impression. Additionally, my original drink was taken back through the drive-through window, which raised concerns about cross-contamination and food safety practices.
I’m not sure what has changed at this location — whether it’s management, staff, or overall training — but the level of customer service has noticeably declined. I truly hope they address these issues, because this used to be one of the best Dunkin’ locations in the area.

I stopped by Dunkin’ recently, and as always, they did not disappoint! The donuts were fresh, soft, and just the right kind of sweet — that classic Dunkin’ taste that feels like comfort in every bite. I tried a glazed and a chocolate frosted (for “research” purposes, of course), and both were absolutely perfect with my morning coffee.
Speaking of coffee — Dunkin’ really has mastered the art of that smooth, bold flavor that wakes you up without knocking you over. And can we talk about those cups? Cute, sturdy, and just the right size to keep your drink hot but not scalding. Bonus points for being easy to hold while juggling your keys, phone, and maybe a donut or two.
But honestly, what made the visit even better were the pleasantries and smiles from the crew. Courtney and Kayla went above and beyond — so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to see everyone walk through the door. They made my morning feel brighter before I even took my first sip.
If you’re looking for good vibes, good coffee, and even better donuts — Dunkin’ (especially with Courtney and Kayla behind the counter!) is the place to be.

I love this Dunkin’! I’m a frequent customer (nearly every day), and the staff here are always incredibly friendly and kind. They work hard to keep things efficient. Customers should keep in mind that there’s a limit to how much the store and drive-through can handle during peak hours (morning, school, and work rushes), so occasional order mix-ups are understandable when they’re juggling a thousand things at once. Overall, I’ve had a consistently positive experience here and try to come during off-peak times or use the walk-in when the drive-through is packed. I love my Charlie Harper Dunkin’!

On 11/14 I was welcomed by the sweetest guy in there, Justin. He was helping me out since I needed to make a larger order. He was getting me squared away with my order, when all of a sudden the manager comes around and tells me they can’t sell me the donuts I was wanting to purchase. Her and Justin got into it because Justin was wanting to help me. He stated “it is my job to sell donuts and she can buy as many as she needs to buy, that is my job.” she asked him to clock out and leave. She proceeded with my order but was very rude about it. Upon asking for her name she said “it is none of your business”. Justin was amazing, a true worker. Thank you Justin for trying to help me out buddy. The manager is very rude, and if you aren’t either her regular people or a nice looking guy she won’t assist you with kindness.

I was very happy with today’s visit. I was craving a XL White Hazelnut Bark hot coffee and was bummed when I didn’t see it on the app. I called and spoke with Bailey and he told me how to make it over the app. I called back when I realized I had no idea how much sugar originally is put in that XL hot Coffee and spoke to Ella’s the second time. They were both so very helpful and I was able to get my favorite drink on this very cold night… Thank you Bailey and Ella for the superb customer service will definitely return to this location…
