I placed a mobile order at 8:04 am and arrived about 8 min after; granted there’s a small line/traffic. When i got to intercom, the supervisor, I’m guessing, had a friendly greeting, but as soon as i said “i have a mobile pickup for” her tone changed and her energy shifted to “you can pull around” i was friendly to her. I do not know her. I’m not sure what the issue is here but I don’t want to assume discrimination but at that moment i thought she was rude. I give grace and understand everyone has their days, but it doesn’t excuse bad service. I get to the window and she doesn’t greet me she hands me my drink with a fake smile and i say have a great day she’s silent. Again, i was going to brush it off, but i when i looked at my drink i thought i forgot to add cold foam bc there wasn’t any. When i got home i checked my receipt and saw cold foam and gave them a call and asked for the manager. It was her that answered. I explained to her Idk if it was on purpose but all i saw was a speck of cold foam; that’s the only reason i knew it had disappeared. She then argued that its because i didn’t pick up my drink in a decent to which i was in line and she said she would watch the cameras first before deciding to refund me and that that would be later. I said as a Customer if I’m not satisfied and asking for a refund it’s your responsibility. She then says you can come later. Stays silent on the phone again and before i could ask what time she hung up the phone i castled back and Dixie answered the phone and tried to excuse to mangers behavior by saying it’s busy. I then told her I’m a grown woman i can tell they are young yet have no respect for anyone. I normally don’t ask for a refund burger artist was so bad she needs to be fired. This seems to be a normal occurrence but the ran into the wrong one. I will hold them accountable. You don’t hang up on a customer face specially when the drink isn’t up to the standard. So sad this younger generation has no good customer service and their attitude sucks. She felt like she don’t owe anyone an apology because she’s a manager but she needs to humble herself. When you get a higher position, then comes a higher level of expectation and responsibility. You are setting a bad example for those that are your coworkers. This is why a young person should not be a manager unless they actually represent professionalism, good character and personable traits. If you are not a people person find a new job. And then if you do complain, you have to worry if your food will be messed with. Shows how these kids are being raised

Give them 5,000 chances to act right and they choose wrong every time. It’s like an abusive relationship you just keep going back to. The donuts are always squished like it’s a trademark at this point and 8/10 times you’re going to get someone rude in the drive thru. Dunkin is like the Dicks of the donut world, come for the food/coffee and get a little side of aggression for free.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. I am a shift manager at Starbucks and have previously worked at Dunkin’, so I understand how stressful food service environments can be at times.

Unfortunately, my interaction today with the staff manager, Lilla, was unprofessional and disrespectful. I called to explain that I had ordered an iced chai latte through DoorDash with less ice. I am aware that reducing the ice can alter the liquid-to-ice ratio, but in this case, the beverage I received a beverage was still heavily iced and a large amount of the drink was missing altogether. So much so, that I called because I felt disappointed with my order.

After several minutes of attempting to respectfully explain the drink the that I received, Lilla argued with me and stated she had “watched the cameras” to ensure all drinks are made properly. She then suggested that if I made my way back to the store, she would “decide” whether I “deserved” a refund—words she repeated verbatim.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service displayed in this interaction was disappointing. At the end of the day, it’s just coffee, but the experience was so unsatisfactory that I felt it necessary to leave a review and hope that management reviews the conduct of their leadership team

Employee was hella rude the whole time and took forever just for my drink to be made out of ice. I ordered a medium coffee not an ice cup. Will never come here again.

I got a caramel macchiato this morning from this location and it tasted terrible. It was burnt. It was dark. We all know caramel macchiato is supposed to be light in color. I proceeded to call and tell the manager, Lila my concerns she seated to talk nasty about the other store, saying they don’t make drinks right but her store does. She said we make it to Duncan way. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend going to the store.

Went early am for coffee and donuts.
Donuts appeared to either be made somewhere else and shipped in or days old. All dryed out and hard. Then at Drive in met with tip screen shoved in my face like they expected me to tip to hand me something I ordered. Not going back anytime soon

So this location just remodeled and opened back up. I’ve been here 3 times since the reopen and this will be my last. I will drive out of the way to avoid this location from now on. Came in this morning to get donuts, coffee, and my wife’s drink. I asked for a double shot of espresso and some steamed milk. Was told they didn’t do steamed milk at this location. Huh? You don’t have steamed milk? I told the young lady at the drive thru that I ordered this same drink not just 2 days before, and she asked, “at this location?” I said yes. She responded with a ,”well we don’t do it here.” I asked for a manager and she stated there wasn’t a manager on duty. What kind of place doesn’t have a manager on duty? Anyways, I left and you’ve lost my business for life. And it’s obvious the management doesn’t care because they never respond to reviews.

We come to this Dunkin frequently and always get the same drink – iced macchiato. This visit we were handed our drinks with about an inch of coffee being short. We watched the worker notice it was short and continue to add more ice before handing it to us. We then went inside the store to ask for more coffee to be added and were handed back our drinks with no noticeable difference and based on the new fill line posters, very short of the standard. Very disappointing visit.

never had any issue prior to today but i came in today early morning after the gym, i wasn’t greeted, had to search for the *one employee* working, they claimed to not speak english and refused to take my order (which i could’ve literally pointed out to them because it was just a few donuts). i genuinely don’t understand how it’s possible for there to be only worker and for them to allegedly not speak english. was the interview not done in english? are they not supposed to be in a customer facing role? i did not get the opportunity to order and left empty handed.
