whoever worked thursday at 8:30pm has an attitude problem. didn’t have a couple different types of doughnuts we wanted which was fine. asked her if i could just order the rest of my order and figure out what to get instead of the doughnuts they didn’t have. she rudely sighed asked me “how many are you getting” i told her 12 and she, in the rudest way possible said “then maybe you should’ve started with that” there was not one customer in the parking lot or drive thru. we just left. i have literally NEVER had an issue with a fast food worker. but she was rude enough for me to just leave. i really would’ve just let it go if she was busy but when we pulled up she was just chilling on her phone with no customers. very rude

Good grief! To say it has gone down hill would be an understatement. I felt bad for the young girl trying to help everyone inside ordering and the drive thru. She didn’t get the order right and we had to wait forever and didn’t get everything we ordered and sadly she didn’t know the menu. There was another employee who could have helped but she was busy doing nothing. She did go to the ladies room and I went in after and there was toilet paper and paper towel on the floor and overflowing in the trash. Clearly not worth her time to clean it up or help the struggling associate. Best of luck to this location. What a total wasted trip.

Literally just left drive through, they handed me my drink and it wasn’t filled all the way I asked the cashier to please top it off and it looked like they put more ice in it. And they didn’t give me a straw lol. I’ve had issues before with this place (attitude, food being cold, not filling the cup all the way) but today I decided to write a review because I’m done coming here. The other locations are better. But if I’m paying $4.69 please fill up the cup. Thank you.

WOW!! I most certainly hope someone is taking notice of Salina at this location! She is a gem!! Came in with a last-minute HUGE order she got us in and out with no trouble, a smile on her face, and made us feel like we were her favorite customers!
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT- Salina deserves some recognition!! She’s one to watch and she’s one to move up!! Nice job, young lady!!

this location is awful. drive through took forever. ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. they just gave me a burnt bagel, like literally just a burnt bagel. orderd a hot macchiato i just got luke warm milk with what tasted like a dash of burnt coffee. do better like way better, asa former employee of Dunkin that was embarrassing

I’ve gone to this location twice this week to get donuts and they don’t have any of the variety that I asked for. I asked for three different varieties and they said they were out of all of them. I finally just went to the Towne Lake location. They always have donuts.

Today was a pretty big let down on the customer service side of things. I have been going to this Dunkin location for a few years now and have had mostly good experiences, and that’s why I’m still giving it 4 stars. I ordered an iced coffee, bacon cheese bagel and some munchkins in the drive thru. In the past at different locations I have occasionally received my bagels (that are supposed to be toasted and hot) very lukewarm to cold, so I always check before I drive off. This time, it was barely warm, so I asked politely to have it remade. The girl who remade it came back to the window and all she said to me was “Well had I just made it, but here…” – she was referencing the original cold bagel with a bit of an attitude, like I’m supposed to feel bad for asking to have it remade. Like it’s my fault as the customer for not taking a cold bacon cheese bagel. I have worked fast food before, so I get it sometimes you have bad days, but you should never make the customer feel bad especially if they’re being polite about it.
Dunkin management do better… please do yourself a favor and invest time into your staff instilling good customer service skills. I’ll still come back because it’s a convenient location for me, but I know a lot of people that would completely write that location off if they had the same customer service experience I did.

The bacon on my sandwich was all fat, I couldn’t taste the caramel flavor in the coffee and the coffee tasted burnt.
