Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Every time I go here they have bad customer service and they don’t make my order correctly. I started going to another one farther away but they’re currently under construction! Sadly today my experience was the same as in the past. I mean how hard is it to make bacon egg and cheese on a lightly toasted bagel. I went in twice and they after leaving the drive thru smh, if you love Dunkin…… get your good food at another location!!!

Love this location and the people here! They are so nice, genuine, and attentive. I order here several times throughout the week and enjoy every minute of it. I love their hours. They open up at 5am. Love their meal deals! I can say out of Starbucks, this is one of the only places that make my coffee perfect without me having to add anything extra to it. Love that!

I use the app and drive through. This location is very good and the people are friendly. They make sure to do the drink modifications per the levels chosen in the app.

I don’t know what’s the problem is with this location, but it all falls back to poor management. I placed a mobile order that advised me that the curbside option wasn’t available, so I picked “walk in.” I ordered and waited 15 minutes, walked to the door, and it’s locked with a sign that says drive through only. The parking lot is a mess so o then waited 10 minutes to join the drive through line. I get to the order screen and say I have a mobile order and she asked me what kind of donuts because she cant see the full order…I say cancel it, she says “I cant you have to do it in the app” . They placed all the donuts in 1 bag,no parchment paper in between, they are a mess now. Horrible service. What a shame. My seasonal latte tastes like milk with sugar, no coffee taste..ugh.I will just skip breakfast today.
