My wife and I have been coming to this location for many years. They go above and beyond in their service. Everyone there is friendly and always greet you with a smile! What a great way to start your day! We mobile app our order and it is always ready when we get there. We have never had to wait. This location is by far the best.

From a friendly greeting to every person that walks in, to the staff going above and beyond for their customers. So I was not gonna do a review but more than once I’ve had some issues with this location. This time I ordered a jelly dounut and there was no jelly on the inside. The last time I had an issue, I was given a cold sausage on my sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. They gladly replace it but they replaced it with the wrong thing. This is the closest Dunkin to me. I just really want them to get it together.

If you are ever near this location, give them your business! Very friendly staff and owner/operator greets you and appreciates your patronage. I would frequent this Dunkin a couple times per week and without fail same great service. I moved out of state in 2019 and came back recently and the owner not only greeted me, but recognized me asking how I was! That shows sincerity and excellent customer service! When ever I am in Georgia, no matter the country, I will stop by to have a cup of Coffee! Keep doing what you are doing!

I ordered the meal deal this morning, and when I received my food, I noticed I didn’t get the correct sandwich. I had ordered a bagel, but it ended up being a croissant instead. On top of that, I was given a quarter-full bag of old, greasy tater tots. When I asked the staff why the bag wasn’t full and why the tots weren’t hot, I was told, “You only get six tater tots.”
I’ve never heard of counting tater tots like that, especially when most places fill the bag. I understand this is a family-owned business, but being stingy and cutting corners like this gives customers a bad experience. It makes it easy to just drive one block to Starbucks or McDonald’s for better service and quality.

Bobby the employee is very rude and unprofessional. He insulted and accused me of misordering on purpose several times before. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and the owners are super nice people. When I told him I will notify management he persisted to say he wasn’t scared and continued to insult me leaving a bad taste to return.
