The manager Maryiam is a joke and argued with me cause i wanted my coffee remade. lmao are we serious, it was disgustingly bitter, i never take my drinks back. only good worker was the the women taken orders who gladly remade my coffee amazing. get it together it’s not hard to make a simple coffee and easily assemble food. get a new job if you can’t handle simple tasks!!!!!!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Snellville. Their Customer service is trash, just like the food!!!! I just don’t understand for the life of me how they get the orders wrong every time. I will never return to this location. They’re always argumentative and laugh at you when you get upset about them messing up. They need to have a training class for every employee at this location. I wish I could give them zero stars. THE WORST

if i could negative stars i would. i’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. they have no respect for customers and are extremely rude. i received cold coffee multiple times and when I tried to explain it to them over the phone they hung up on me. absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Decent enough for the most part. Never have a good selection of munchkins. And they put an “OUT OF ORDER” sign up in the mornings to keep the bus drivers from coming in to use the restroom, when the majority also place an order at the same time. During the day and in the afternoons the bathrooms are open and fully functional, as I also go in throughout the day various days during the week and have no issue using it during those times – the sign is only put up during the morning and only started being the case after school started and drivers would stop after dropping off high schoolers. Other than restricting people from the bathroom and pushing away business while doing so, it’s a decent location.

First time here. The drive thru was extremely busy. There was always a line to be served, but with that being said, the line did move quite quickly. I went inside and was served right away. I ordered a blueberry muffin, Boston Creme donut and a middle hot chocolate for only a little under $7. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it took them 3 different people to get my hot chocolate. One person said that another person was going to get it, then finally the young lady who took my order got my drink. The donut was yummy. We would order from here again when we are in this neck of the woods.

This Dunkin has to improve with giving the customer their receipt once the payment has been rendered. Each time I have to ASK for my receipt. It’s quite evident that withholding a receipt will eliminate either a customer survey and/or they do not want to give away a free donut.
Lastly, please increase the temperature for the hot coffees. My coffee has always been warm from this location.

I went through the drive through at a not that busy time. My order was a simple one. A cold brew, 6 donuts, a bagel. When I watch them input the order on the drive through screen. Right before finishing I noticed an additional bagel was added. When I pulled up to the window. They didn’t read me the price I had to ask the price. They said 12$. I payed and asked for my receipt. When I looked at the receipt I was charged 20$ and the additional bagel was on it. I didn’t even receive 2 bagels. So they attempted to charge me for something they didn’t plan to give me. To make things worse the only thing that made my “cold brew” a cold brew was the ice lowering the temperature. It’s was a poor excuse for coffee. It tasted like water that dreamed that it was coffee. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
