Used to love coming to this location. However I have noticed that one of the females that works in the afternoon is not very likable. Her customer service is unprofessional. Not to mention all those piercings on her face. She usually works Saturday afternoons. Which is why I no longer go on that day. My coffee is never made properly nor hot. I wish there was a way to contact Dunkin HR about this employee!! She needs to find a job better suited for her pace.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s not completely gross but not overly enjoyable. I called today, it’s Thanksgiving morning, to see if they were open (online it says “some locations” are open but doesn’t say which locations) just to get some breakfast before starting the festivities and some Hispanic kid rudely says “I answered the phone so obviously we’re open today” when I asked if they were open this morning. God forbid someone’s there during non-service hours. The food is already out of convenience but I’m sure this is also why their ratings are so low and there’s new kids working everytime I decide to go grab a quick bite.

This Dunkin is amazing! I come here now and then, morning or afternoon. The service is always great from morning crew and night crew. They never mess up my drink. It’s ALWAYS delicious. They have a great staff from the ones that I usually see.

I am about done with this location. I’m not entirely sure what has happened over the years but this location has plummeted into the toilet. My coffees are either always watered down or just straight up milk. The last time i had an egg product there, it was green. And what happened to the bagels? They use to be the size of a football and tasted like they were baked to order. They were worth every penny. Now, in a time where ordering out is becoming too expensive for your average consumer, the bagels are smaller than an average donut and as thin as a slice of bread. Not to mention, half the time they are either burnt to a crisp or dont even get toasted with little to no cream cheese. It may seem nit picky but ive been going to dunkin my entire life, and this location just makes me rethink if its even worth choosing dunkin anymore. I know this post will fall on deaf ears but i hope with enough people refusing to purchase at this location, maybe something will change.

Jose, you are extremely loud to the point that my ears were hurting when you were taking my order. Maybe working on Christmas isn’t your thing, I get it but if you are going to come to work I’d expect you to be present. Half my order was incorrect. We took a 20+ min drive to get to this Dunkin and the experience was below par.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for many years and it’s consistently been the best Dunkin in every Category. I believe that’s mainly because of Jose. Jose cares deeply about the customer and always gives great service with a big smile on his face.

That was my last straw .Morning shift rude don’t need to go on details other people already comment about the two Latina women. I asked for more caramel because I don’t taste it. I come here almost every morning and get the same thing why y’all can’t make it right and today they wanna charge me $.48 And I still didn’t taste it . I don’t know if he made the coffee stronger, but if this caramel in the coffee, it will taste sweet. I know how it should taste. He didn’t add any .yeah I’m just gonna go to the other location on this street. I wanted to turn around, but I’m just gonna go to the other location
