The donuts were fresh and the workers are so pretty and nice. (When you go inside)- idk about the drive though I can’t vouch for that department.
Very clean location I was surprised when I went in. I didn’t realize Dunkin had an update on many of their locations.
The donuts were soft and fresh and they had my faves the apple filled donut and that weird coconut one no one gets.
Inside is huge clean and half a baskin robins. Lots of seating options and birthday cakes.
This Dunkin exceeded expectations as compared to the one on club drive by the Publix. They have birthday cakes premade on display here. The other Dunkin is made by order only.
Visit this location you won’t be disappointed but go inside so u can make sure they put the amount of cream cheese on your bagel instead of relying on the drive thru

I went through the drive thru. I ordered the loaded hash brown bowl. I had to repeat myself several times reiterating that it wasn’t the chipotle bowl. I even listed out the ingredients and she then repeated the ingredients back. It’s pretty simple, just hash browns, cheese and bacon. Still, after all this, they messed it up.

This is our favorite DD-BR shop. Spatious and clean, we could always find seats for dining-in. Staff are friendly. Service is good, almost no wait time although they had many clients every time we went to the shop. Plenty of choices for ice cream and donuts. Parking is free but there are not many parking slots.

After contacting corporate and neither them or the local restaurant caring about it, well here’s this review. We visited this location and it has cockroaches all over the place. They were extremely visible as to where the employees should take notice, but no one cares. It’s disgusting that there is a pest present, in a food establishment, where they can and probably do contaminate the food, and yet not even corporate cares about it.

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ location three times, and each time I’ve been disappointed. The bagels have consistently been cold inside , and the service is slow whether you’re inside, using the drive-thru, or picking up. Despite having many workers, efficiency is lacking. Not impressed.

I don’t know who hire these people at the cashier but they are the worst people to deal with. 0/100 customer service. I went there to get iced matcha and asked to get 3 more scoops of matcha and let her know the cashier that I am okay with getting charged extra. She said okay and she gave me the drink and it was milky and I asked her politely to add more scoops of matcha and she can charge my card but on the order label I can see she forgot to put the additional match scoop I asked for. She then came and snatched my drink and put match powder on the top and leave it at the counter for me. When I see the drink which I will attach below , she put the powder at the top of my drink and left. I asked for the manger they couldn’t provide , I asked for her name they couldn’t provide me with that either. I will definitely call corporate and let them know this and show how my matcha was served. This was the lady with the full on attitude that snatched my drink and gave me the drink like it’s shown in the picture.

We went to the dunkin on indian trail and got some hot chocolate, and it was just a watery mess with no flavor in it. We then went to this location and had the best experience we could’ve at any Dunkin. Abraham ( sorry if i’m spelling your name wrong) helped us out tremendously, and on top of that gave us some great recommendations for the chicken and pepper wrap ( which smells soo good). Overall i would definitely come back and see him again. Great job on whoever hired him, he needs a raise. Thank you so much for all your help.

Food is hit or miss (sometimes cold). Customer service awful; especially lady taking orders in drive thru. But drinks are consistently good.
