Twice now the donuts are stale at 8 am. This time the top icing was nearly gone on one. And it wasn’t stuck to the bag they threw it in. They also put it in the same bag that my hot sandwich was in. Do better.

I visited this location the day after Thanksgiving, a time that is already difficult for many people, including myself. I haven’t been able to spend the holiday with my family for the past few years due to several hardships, so something as simple as getting a coffee should not have added stress to my day.

Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. The young man taking my order acted as if he didn’t want to assist me, speaking very slowly and with an attitude that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. When I arrived at the window, the young woman handed me a receipt that she had already crumpled up and tried to throw away. Instead of printing a new receipt or offering a clean one, she picked up the balled-up paper and attempted to give it to me, which was both unprofessional and unsanitary.

What made this even more disheartening is that we are all minorities trying to navigate the same pressures, stresses, and challenges in this country. With everything people are going through — especially during the holidays — it was nerve-wracking and honestly heartbreaking to be treated this way by individuals who should understand the importance of kindness and respect.

I truly hope management addresses this behavior immediately. No customer should ever be made to feel dismissed or disrespected, especially during a time when so many are already experiencing personal stress.

I came in today and ordered a drink with less ice because I don’t like my drink getting watered down. When I went back to ask if it could be corrected, the drink was dumped out in front of me. I told them I could have done that myself, but since I paid for it I came back so it could be fixed properly.

After I said that, an employee took the cup and poured milk into it while another coworker stood nearby giggling. The attitude and behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, I simply wanted the drink I paid for to be made the way I asked.

I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled and hope customer service is treated more respectfully in the future.

New employee; very rude – doesn’t greet you nor thank you as a paying customer. Frozen coffee was not frozen and sloppy. Lid did not fit on cup and employee complained when I told her (“all you have to do is this”, while I’m in a car without a solid surface to put lid on properly). I called to speak to a manager; person who claimed to be a manager (Elizabeth) said that “my employees said that you were rude” – “yelled in the drive thru” (because she didn’t hear me), and “my employees know how to deal with customers”. “If you don’t like the service, you don’t have to come back”. What? What happened to customer service? No training of how to deal professionally with customers? Who is the district manager of this place? Totally unacceptable!

Today I picked up my mobile order for a dozen donuts. I was greeted at the window by this lovely woman. She was extremely friendly when speaking to me on the intercom and at the window. The donuts here were excellent and so soft! This is definitely one of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Everywhere they say they’re open at 5am. I showed up at 5:15 to pick up my mobile order THAT ALREADY WENT THROUGH AND CHARGED MY CARD just for them to tell me that they don’t open untill 5:30am…. So I asked if they could refund me and the lady said I have to call through the Dunkin app. Well I’m calling right now and have already been on hold for half an hour. Lately I’ve been very disappointed with Dunkin.

Just picked up my order and thank god I was able to watch who made it. There’s a male associate who was wearing a Covid mask.. he was stroaking it and pulled it down and started rubbing his nose and went right back helping make orders… no hand wash or anything. He spent about 15 seconds alternating rubbing the two. If you get sick after eating or drinking anything from here, now you might know why.

Came to pick up a coffee and was met with an attitude. Girl with the red streaks in her hair mentioned a situation with another customer; I can empathize but to take it out on customers following other customers?? She needs to have further training on how to handle that better. I won’t be back

I went to place an order and after everything I ordered I was asked anything else about 15 times. When I said something about the repeated anything else, I was being rude according to the staff. I was placing a 30+ dollar order. I will never enter this store again. The window was slammed in my face and I was told to go somewhere else. This is horrible customer service.
