I frequent this location at least 3 to 4 times a week. Today their service was beyond poor. The customer service sucked. They got my order wrong and I was basically told that I was stuck with it. I told the associate that I refused to keep the incorrect order. She then told me that I had to come in or go all the way around the drive through. What since did that make? I was at the 2nd window. I told her that I refused to do that when my order was wrong and why would you inconvenience your customers like this? She refused to take my order. I put the order back inside and it fell on the floor. Basically she tried to accuse me of throwing it at her….I WOULD NEVER. Long story short, I had to go inside and of course the manager was not friendly. I will never support this location again. There are several other locations in the area…I would highly suggest going to any other location besides this one.
FYI – line around the corner but I was supposed to sit in it again. It is really sad how these establishments customer service is non existent.

Okay, the $3 for any medium beverage was denied us. The sign did not list any limitations, but once at the window, he told me the cloud (whatever it was called) was not included. Bait and switch.

I always stop at this location after taking my kids to park, the entrance is big tricky, couple times I end up parking at Zaxby’s instead at Dunkin because the road to Dunkin is a bit tricky. Anyway I rated 3 star because the attendant couldn’t acknowledge us when we came and wait for some hi or hello, she was making some other orders for a drive through or online which I understand but that doesn’t mean that you can ignore the customer inside the shop who was waiting right in front of your eyes, just a smile or simple “I will be with you shortly” will do for an acknowledgement but instead a stone cold face seemed unwelcomed and my kids were wondering what was wrong, I will go to the snellville location next time instead this one. Please train your staff to be welcoming and pleasant, this will ensure that you won’t loose a customers. It is very hard to keep your regular customers nowadays due to lot of uncertainty things around and last thing you would want to know if that you lost a customer just because you failed to acknowledge their presence right in front of you.

Stopped by on our way to see family. Glad we did. Fast friendly service. Very clean, serving area, dining room, restrooms (they keep locked 🙂 and parking lot.
The employees were cheerful and wasted no time preparing our order. The avocado toast was nicely prepared.

I did try to call this location before leaving this review, however no one answered the phone. I did not receive a receipt either in order to call their 800 number and report my experience. I apologize but this is my only effort to redeem the three dollars I just. Small regular coffee with almond milk and it’s horrible. The coffee is watered down. I rarely purchase coffee at shops, generally I brew at home but this was an evening situation where I needed the boost to finish my work day.

Bought hot chocolate and got a cup of hot water. This is very pitiful and sad. They knew the machine was broken (so they say )and still serve the drink, hoping that you won’t come back because it’s so hot you won’t drink it right away.This seems to be a trend with this location, they deliberately water down their products. They need to be investigated !

It would be great to enjoy a bagel or croissant that tastes fresh, without the flavor of anything else. Please make sure the ovens and/or pans, or cleaning supplies are sanitized or food exposure is limited. I usually only order coffee from this location because the food often tastes like it’s picking up other flavors. I don’t experience this issue at other locations.
