I really wanted to give this Dunkin’ location the benefit of the doubt. After a couple of visits, I kept telling myself maybe it was just bad timing or a rush I couldn’t see. Unfortunately, it turns out the experience is consistently disappointing.
The drive-through moves at a painfully slow pace, and what stands out most isn’t just the wait — it’s the complete lack of urgency. There’s no sense that customers’ time is valued, no acknowledgment that people are choosing to spend their money here. It leaves you sitting there wondering if anyone inside actually notices the growing line.
What makes it frustrating is that Dunkin’ is usually known for quick, reliable service. That’s what you expect when you pull up. Instead, each visit feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff just by being there.
I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I also believe in being honest so others know what to expect. If you’re looking for a smooth, efficient stop to grab your coffee or breakfast, you may want to consider other options where the service feels a bit more attentive and appreciative.

I only came here to get the “Hot Girl” limited cup(it was the closest one that had the cups). I love Dunkin, this isn’t my usual store/neighborhood the workers were very busy but nice. I saw some merch that I was interested in but it was so far AWAY from the counter/my reach I instantly because upset. I couldn’t understand why it was so far away from us customers, then I realized what area I was in! I’m sure they are use to people stealing merch but everyone isn’t like that. I asked the worker could I see a few things and she was very hesitant telling me she’d get what I wanted and take them to the front cashier, not really wanting me to hold/touch the items I wanted to purchase. I ended up telling her what I wanted but changed my mind I just didn’t like the overall experience when it came down to it. My drink however was really good, definitely overpriced, they charged $1.30+ for cold foam and it’s a different (few cents)cheaper price via the app(at my usual Dunkin cold foam is 70 cents)and the guy said well I didn’t charge you full price I didn’t even want to know what full price was get me outta here! The overall visit was just ok, wouldn’t go out my way to visit.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ locations! My drinks (refreshers) are always good and made to perfection! They move quick, and are usually nice with good service! The food is pretty good too. This location is definitely better than others I’ve visited!

The older black lady at the window is rude, always have an attitude for nothing. Before I can finish my order she cutting me off. idk what it is with her but DO BETTER!

The older black lady that takes the orders in the drive through is the rudest person that has ever taken my order at this location. This location use to have great customer until she started here. She’s awful.

Went through drive thru Sunday night on Panola Rd and I simply asked if the guy could repeat the order. He was very rude and repeated half the order. There was no need for the hostility. Usually this location had good customer service but tonight it was horrible

After waiting for 10 minutes for a coffee and a bagel… they told me at the window after I paid that for a small cream cheese that it would be an additional $2.15. I asked why it was so much she said it’s because they’re a franchise. I will not be coming back to this Duncan again!

This restaurant is in my neighborhood so 8 come here frequently. It is always busy and always has a lot of people inside and in the drive-thru. The staff work fast and efficiently. My orders are always right and prepared quickly. Sometimes they run out of products, but that is expected with the amount of business they do daily. I have not had that happen to me often. My favorite are the breakfast sandwiches and the iced coffees. This location participates in community activities like Veterans Day. They had city commissioners onsite giving away coffee. That was a great day. The inside is kept tidy most of the time. There are times where I have gone inside and seen straw paper, coffee stirrers, napkins, and/or coffee stains on the tables and/or countertops. It’s expected though……they sell lots of coffee to lots of people. I feel they do a good job of keeping it clean in relation to how busy they are everyday. I will co time patronizing this location and not just because of its proximity, but because I enjoy their service and community involvement.
