The server was feeling really nice today, so he gave me a free donut. The service is really fast; I love the atmosphere. It’s making me sleepy already, coming inside. He probably felt like being a genuine person today but 5/5 overall

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. The staff do not wear gloves and don’t follow instructions. I ordered a small matcha with oat milk and vanilla cold foam, but instead I was given whipped cream that seemed expired. The hash browns tasted as if they had been sitting in water, and I literally gagged after trying one.
This is the second time I’ve visited this location and received a terrible experience. I feel like I wasted my money again.
This store needs new management—someone clean, friendly, and capable of following simple instructions. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
