Good customer service. This location might be open 24 hours. Drive through available. Dine in or takeout out. Located next to gas station. Parking can be limited. Delivery services will need to go inside during day light hours. FYI delivery services that prepare the order upon your arrival per the employee at this location.

The staff is so nice here! It honestly makes or breaks your experience at any place if whether the staff is nice. I dropped my coffee and they made me a new one immediately. I offered to pay, but they didn’t let me. The coffee is so much better than Starbucks coffee and they will customize it for you as much as you want.

We had an unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’. A taller, wider woman with long black hair in a ponytail (who said she “usually doesn’t work here”) was rude, slammed the window, and made our drinks wrong twice. She didn’t put stickers on the first two cups, made a regular Dunkalatte without the cookie dough syrup we paid for, and made one drink as a brown sugar shaken espresso instead of regular with 2 butter pecan and 2 hazelnut. She ignored a milk preference, which affects health, and closed the window before a fix or refund could be requested. I removed the original video showing her attitude to prevent this review from being flagged. Other staff are usually kind, so this behavior stood out.
