I liked going when they first open. Their service was better they paid attention so that they were doing the order correctly. Now… I avoid this Dunkin’ like the plague. I travel further to go to another one.
The food is always old AND the order is hardly ever right. On top of this, they have an attitude. Myself, I would not go there and found myself in the area really wanting a coffee so I decided to order. Order was incorrect, so I parked the car and went inside. I Noticed there was only one worker in there. I mentioned to the worker that’s the order was wrong and she started saying “well I made it already”. So I kept replying, “ I understand, but this is not what I wanted” This lady act like I was robbing her, and the money was coming directly from her pocket. I had to go back back-and-forth with her several times, made it until I finally made it clear that if you’re not going to make the order correctly, please just give me a refund. With complete attitude, she remade the drink. Never again… They are still building up the town center and hopefully a Starbucks will go into the new target. This place is an absolute no

The lady was very rude when I told her she gave me the wrong order got very loud with me. When I told her it was the wrong order I asked for the Dunkin hearts eyes day dream refresher and gave me the one with the chocolate on top. Terrible customer service! Didn’t fix the problem

I ordered a signature caramel latte on ice. The gentleman at the window said we no longer put caramel around the cup which I know it’s a lot because Salem Road one does it that is closer to our I 20 and I will never go to their drive-through or to the inside because through the fact they also handed me a cup, which had a net flying all over the lid. And also did not offer to wipe the cup off after he handed it to me. They are NASTY

Was a bad experience as some of the crew said go to another Dunkin Donuts. Messed up our order , place was a mess, and the orders took forever to make . We had just two $6 combos and it took at least 30 minutes. This happened around 12pm on December 29th it was 2 girls and 2 guys . They really should have Undercover Boss so the company can see how it’s run there, real bad experience.

I try not to go to this dunkin. They don’t make the beverages right. Every time I’ve tried to order coffee here, it’s never good. I don’t think they understand the portions and ingredients correctly. The iced coffee tastes like either straight iced milk and syrup or straight water and syrup with just a teaspoon of coffee. Nasty. Total waste of time and money. If you’re going to make it at least make it right.

I ordered two drinks today — An iced macchiato and an iced coffee. Both were absolutely horrible. So much so that I’m a Dunkin regular and I never want to go back. It actually made me sick my stomach. I will drive the extra five minutes to Starbucks from now on. The iced coffee tasted water down an old and I have no idea what swirls they gave me, but it was not what I ordered. Same with the iced macchiato Disgraceful

Visited this establishment on two occasions. The first time, no health score was posted. I personally spoke to the manager about it. I received an excuse for the holder, for it was broken. Noted, it could simply be taped on the wall to be seen. Returned two days later, once again, health score not posted. I spoke with him again about it. I believe everyone should be informed about the condition of the establishment you consume food from.

I’m providing an update to my above post concerning this establishment. As noted, on two occasions visiting this establishment the health inspection report was not posted. On my recent visit, a health inspection report was posted however dated for the year 2023. I thanked the manager for having it posted, but it was two years old.
I’m happy to report on my last visit the correct health inspection was posted. The product and service I received was much better.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are rude for no reason simply because they didn’t get my order right. I love Town Center and I love Dunkin, but this one needs new staff with better customer service skills!
