It must be the generation that works here. Can they read English? I mean your order something easy and it is written in black and white!! Every 3 orders they may get one order correct…maybe on a good day. Tried calling several times as usual, and of course they don’t answer the phone. Once again calling corporate! You can see the pictures below. Guess they don’t know there cheeses let alone their colors. I guess you only get one slice of bacon and 2 is considered extra.

Who could eat this? Ordered the $5 breakfast meal and I guess you get what you pay for. The wake up wrap was completely dry and burnt and the egg was cold. They also didn’t put the correct cheese from what it looks like. The iced coffee was completely watered down. Total waste of time and money.

Only giving 3 because my coffee is hot but whew paid for extra whip cream and additional swirl to get neither one. Brought the attention to the staff who only said I put it on there yea whip cream melts but not that fast ! Plus there no flavor ! Definitely will not be back to this particular location !
The potatoees hash I ordered was hot put mushy and taste very off ! The energy was off and definitely wasn’t how I wanted to start my Saturday morning !

I asked for a plain bagel egg bacon and cheese sandwich but received an everything bagel. I also ordered 2 hash browns and only received one. The one I did receive was burnt. Unacceptable. Reading is fundamental.

Honestly, when I order my frozen coffee in store… They seem to make it perfectly. But when I order on Uber eats, there’s a 40/60 chance that they’ll make it correctly. My coffee is wrong 60% of the time. They either give me a frozen coffee that’s pure coffee and no cream, or they’ll give me all cream and no coffee. And 100% of the time I don’t get a straw. This has been going on for months. I’ve even gotten so upset that I’ve driven to the location to have them remake it. I don’t know if it’s done on purpose, but I never have this issue when I order in store.

I am currently on the phone trying to get corporate on the line. The young ladies in there are so unprofessional . This is the third time that I have come into this establishment and they are talking about smoking weed, calling each other gay , or cursing. This is unacceptable . The two males that work in here are extremely nice and just do their jobs. These young ladies are cursing and carrying on conversations as if this is their home. Unacceptable ! I will be reporting this location to corporate as soon as they answer the phone .

I usually don’t leave fast food reviews, but this has got to be the worst Dunkin’ in Covington. My boyfriend already had a pior bad experience with them in the past messing up his drink order on multiple occasions, but I decided to go because it was the closest one to me.
I placed a mobile order at 6:02 am, and got there around 6:07. There wasn’t anyone to answer me at the drive thru speaker, so I pulled up to the window. The lights hadn’t even been turned on yet. After another 15 mins of waiting, someone finally comes to the window. I tell them I have a mobile order and the employee says “you’ll need to pull up and wait, we are still getting ready” then why say that you are open??????? I get that its around when they open, but then just don’t open until 7? If you aren’t actually ready to do anything around 6???
After all that, the bagel on my sandwich ended up being burnt. Just save yourself the headache and go to the Dunkin’ by the Publix or the one by the Kroger. Or just go to Chick-fil-A–at least they’ll actually be ready when they say they will be.

I have on video how the general manager decided to yell at me and my 12 year old daughter in a store! This is the most ridiculous Dunkin around. Always rude, not doing orders right and oh God if you’re white…. You aren’t getting any service!!!

Nice little Dunkin Donuts at eagle dr in Covington GA. The service is amicable and the time to serve is fast.

I went inside waited for 5 minutes before anyone asked if I need anything she said ok give us a minute later a guy came and took my drink order when waiting 3 females was over by drive thru cussing about a customers order. The guy said we have a inside customer she said she did not give a Dame and kept talking crap about customers. I will not be back to this location
