Been stopping here for a few years now every day. Sometimes twice a day. In the beginning , it was a bumpy ride to figure out which employees were good employees and which ones wasn’t. Over all the last year or 2 has been a good run with everyone. There is definitely 2 or 3 key players at this location that are great with people. Great with their job and great at what they do. Unfortunately, I only know one of these ladies names. Autumn. I hope you are recognized for everything. You bring to the table for your employer. My opinion you and 2 other ladies are outcast to this store. I really hope your management team values you and these other ladies.I personally think y’all CAN do better. And involve yourself around a management team that expects the same quality from every employee , instead of just one or two of y’all. I have watched the new hires come in.They are rude. They are lazy. Coffee’s doesn’t even get mixed anymore. And to top it off , you are more expensive $$ than the DD around the corner. I say all of that to say this..

I challenge you as managers to start managing this location.Start setting expectations for all of your employees instead of just a couple. And if you can’t meet them standards , then maybe YOUR boss should intervene and start looking at new management. This is definitely a management problem. It can be fixed…. Chick, fil a serves thousands and thousands of people every day, and every last one of their employees has the same line of respect for their customers, even if they’re having a bad day. Do you think everyone of the employees at Chick-fil-A was programmed at birth?? No , sir , check- fil-a management teams has standards and they make sure they’re met by their employees to stay employed. SO AGAIN, MANAGERS THINK ABOUT IT. This problem can be fixed if you are willing to train your employees properly.
I can’t fix the problem that y’all have with the behavior of this location. But what I can fix is the money I spend here. I will be taking my business to the cheaper DD around the corner from now on.

Came to get an avocado toast with bacon and they totally skimped me! Never been to a location that had this little.. for $6 the manager was very dismissive as if I didn’t just spend $30 on a couple items

I ordered online and people that came in and placed drink orders got their orders before my online order that was placed about 10 mins before I got there and these people came in and placed there order after I got there so that was extremely frustrating. Then 2 of the Lattes I ordered did not have any sugar in our coffees.

Walked in and saw a roach that was bigger than a donut hole yall. Right next to a wet floor sign, which made it obvious that the sign has sat there for a while. Tried to ask a couple questions about the menu and the barista was very rude and stand off-ish. Drinks were lazily made but the donuts were good.

The store is dirty. We waited over 15 minutes for 4 simple items. My daughter finished her iced coffee before we even got our food or I got my coffee. My hot original coffee was luke warm and old. The employees think its okay to stand around on their phones while customers wait. When we mentioned (nicely) how long we were waiting, one employee said: they’re complaining about their wait times. Don’t come here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I always choose Dunkin, and will again, but my experience at this drive-thru this past Monday morning was the worst. I wish I had told that self righteous self important lady working the drive-thru to stick it, and headed off to Starbucks, but my kid really wanted that pineapple mango refresher.

This location either gets your order perfect, or totally wrong for your liking. My macchiato this morning was EXTRA strong (and yes, I know they are originally supposed to be strong). The staff has been nice most of the times I’ve visited. I’m not sure if the new company policy is to only do one shot of syrup unless specified, but they used to do 3 shots per drink when you asked for flavoring. I had to come home and make my own liquid sugar so it was drinkable. After that it was okay.
Update: My iced macchiato this morning was much better than the last !! I definitely don’t recommend actual food from Dunkin’. Got a bacon & cheese biscuit this morning, it was honestly awful (it’s originally frozen food that they just warm up for those that don’t know). Stick to the donuts and coffee!!
Update (11-07): I am OBSESSED with the new brown sugar cookie cold brew !! It is delicious. I also got hash browns, and those weren’t bad either. Probably the best food item on the menu, other than the donuts of course.

Purchased donoughts as a little suprise and delight for hospital staff and a couple for us. Can’t speak for the ones that I purchased for the staff, but our donoughts were stale.

They couldn’t make your coffee right if you paid them. Oh wait, they do get paid and still dont get it right. Came for a med iced mocha with 2 cream. Im an avid coffee drinker. I k own what it should look and taste like. Had to ask for my coffee to be made again and was given a second coffee that was worse than the first. Do e with this place. Corporate needs to do something about how bad these places have e gotten because this isn’t the only one.
