The staff here is always pleasant and friendly, which I really appreciate. That said, there are a few things that could be improved:
• When placing an online order with 3 or more drinks, a carrier should automatically be provided — customers shouldn’t have to ask.
• On more than one occasion, the store has run out of sugar. If that happens, customers should be told before the drink is made, since many people expect sugar in their coffee or tea.
• When ordering hot tea, it’s often only filled about 3/4 of the way. Customers are paying for a full cup and should receive one.

The service is good, but small details like these would make a big difference in the overall experience.

This place has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. We tried it Monday and needless to say it was a bad experience. We had hoped it was an off day so we came back today.

Day 1 – coffee was poorly made and didnt taste anything like the other cookie batters we have gotten in other states. The avocado toast we asked to have topped with bacon. We were charged for it and didnt get it. So we had to ask for them to fix it. We got like 3 flecks of bacon and it was barely noticeable. Ordered half a dozen donuts and they didnt bring them to our car so they had to go back in to get them

Day 2 (today) – ordered 3 peppermint mocha lattes. Asked for 1 hot and 2 cold with the cold being medium and decaf. They were segmented out so it was clear to know what they were. They proceeded to ask if I wanted the hot one cold too. Clearly no. Then they said we got larges even though we specified medium. Neither of the cold drinks were decaf. Again avocado toast this time was made right but very little bacon. Loaded hashbrowns were ice cold. Asked for donuts with sprinkles not a single donut has sprinkles just glitter dust. My hot peppermint mocha was barely room temperature by the time we drove 5 minutes back(it wasnt even warm to start with and likely warmed up to room temperature). Watched a lady sit for nearly 20 minutes waiting on a single drink we also waited 20 minutes for our food that was delivered cold and not even slightly warm. Then when the delivered the food they forgot my pumpkin loaf so they had to go back in and just brought out the plastic wrapped loaf.

We had hoped for a better quality experience like the other dunkins we go to but this was just plain terrible. For being the area it is i would expect significantly better service, quality, and attention to detail. I know it may be off season for the island, but that doesnt excuse this.

The said the lobby was closed while employees were sitting down, and told me to pull around to the window then proceeded to wait 5 minutes to come to the window and take my order. When employee opened the window, she didn’t greet me. She just stared at me without saying anything. I finally tell her my offer and she has an attitudes.

Where is AMANDA! That’s it that’s all that’s the review, new manager sucks district manager i think her name is shonda shes no better horrible customer service, this place is going down hill. Amanda made this place so much more welcoming and better this is ridiculous hilton head doesn’t run on dunkin at this rate I’ll get coffee and doughnuts from a gas station before I come back here. Even the dunkin in beaufort has better customer service and people who actually care. I need to speak to corporate I normally place big orders since the holidays are coming I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Amanda if you can see this We miss you Amanda you were truly amazing and made my past experience with dunkin even better thank you so much for your hard work and dedication it truly says alot about you and your work ethics “DUNKIN RAN DUE TO AMANDA!”

We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for our order we placed in advance and they gave it to me and left the window and 1/3 of it was missing! So they came back and were like did you need something and I said I’d like the rest of the order.

This is by far the darkest, dingy, dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in in my life. Ripped seats in their booths. Trash at the condiment/napkin counter. Looking behind the counter at the coffee bar and counters, they are covered in spills and the floor is covered in crumbs and spills. When my cashier approached the counter, she didn’t say may I help you she made eye contact and only yes. The person handed me the bag with my filled order, called out what it was and handed it to me. No, thank you thank you for your business or anything. You get the distinct impression none of the staff want to be there. Can’t say that I blame them after my experience, I didn’t want to be there either.

Dine-in was closed this morning (not sure if that’s common; based on others’ reactions I take it that that was an anomaly). The line for drive-through was long; wrapped completely around the building. When I first arrived, it felt like a parking lot: no movement at all. Someone even pulled out of line (which was awkward driving). But once we got rolling, the line dissipated quickly. The servers were super friendly. They got my order all correct and in a timely fashion. All good in my book

This is a typical Dunkin’ store that you see on every corner. The staff was a bit harsh when we ordered our iced latte. The sugar wasn’t melted and when we told them, they made a weird face. We asked them to make it again but the new one wasn’t so good either. We didn’t make a big deal and left with another new one. It’s not the best Dunkin’ out there but certainly not the worst either!
