This place is a joke. I used to come here all the time and had no issues. I recently started stopping back by as it is out of my way now. In a week I ordered the same thing. I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and sausage. Both times the bagel was cut on the very end with a half of block of cream cheese just slapped on there and the sausage in a separate bag. My coffee had more ice than coffee. The first time I didn’t say anything as I understand people have bad days. But the 2nd time I did call up there. Please do not waste your time calling. The manager will find every excuse for her employees and blame the situation on you.

I tried the new tacos . They had a freezer burn taste. No egg just cheese and corn. The hash browns hard and stale. The worst food ever. I will never eat at this establishment again. The lack of care with the food is ridiculous. They shouldn’t even be allowed to serve food.

The absolute worst breakfast ever. I could skip the hashrounds across water! Stale & overcooked. The egg was overcooked. The only things decent were the cheese & croissant. The coffee ☕️ was luke warm and very weak.

Coffee was okay. They got rid of my favorite drink so we tried something new and it wasn’t as good. The customer service was okay.
Edit: went again today and had an absolutely terrible experience. The girl with the braces at the register and the manager with the tattoo on her arm and long hair in a ponytail were absolute trash. I can’t even begin to start with it all. Our order was wrong twice. They charged us wrong. The attitudes were so bad. The girl at the window had to get pulled away she was so bad. She was rude. Told me “she ain’t arguing about a cup of coffee”. Ma’am this is your job. There is no argument. We just wanted the correct order. I go to this location almost every week if not twice a week and I will NEVER go back. Neither will anyone in our house. Displaying yourself that way in front of children is disgusting.

This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. I really wanted to like it because of its convenient location. I had to do a lot of traveling in the past year and a half and I could always count on getting a consistent cup of coffee at any of the locations. I gave this place 4 tries to get a coffee order correct and they always failed me. My ice lattes were inundated with milk and they blamed it on the machine each time and never offered to correct it. The wait is always long, too. The final straw was when they gave me someone else’s coffee, so I had to park and go in. I smelled something musty at the condiment bar while I waited and when I looked up, I saw water damage and a lot of mold on the ceiling. It hadn’t just started either. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said that the roof always leaks when it rains and that it had been looked at and wasn’t mold. So, out of concern for the patrons AND the employees health, I contacted headquarters and a couple of days later, I received a standard vanilla response that didn’t really offer up any solutions. I tossed the coffee and donut, but beforehand, I drove less than a minute away to Starbucks so that I could order a coffee that was dont the right way. I just can’t bring myself to going back here. Now, I drive across the river to the other Dunkin. I have a high end espresso machine and we have a new donut shop coming to town. But, I do miss the convenience of a cafe close by.

Always a pleasure to pull up every morning to get coffee for my wife and myself and leave in a better mood most of the time. Always great attitudes and great service. Familiarity breeds contempt though. I am tired of the damaged cups being dealt out. If the cup is any kind of damaged it should not be given to any customer, especially when it contains scolding hot coffee.

I visited this Dunkin regularly as it’s the closest to my house. The staff is always friendly and inside is clean every time I do decide not to go thru the drive thru. I use mobile ordering mostly and 90 % chance of getting my order correct. There have been a select few times they’ve forgot my donut or food order so I’ll have to remind them when grabbing my coffee or the coffee isn’t correct but otherwise, I enjoy my experience at this Dunkin.

Food not worth your money. We ordered through the app and picked up through the drive through. When we got to the window they handed us one bag of food and proceeded to say have a good day, meanwhile we had also ordered donut munchkins. We had to wait 5 minutes at the window before an employee came back to ask us what we needed. Another thing we had ordered was hashbrowns, which came out pathetic. They were a soggy clump of potato. When I bit into one it was still frozen on the inside. They were not crispy and weren’t cooked all the way through. I had to put them in my airfryer to finish cooking them. One of them was split into 8 different pieces in the bag. We also ordered wraps which were stale. The food was barely on the tortilla and the tortilla was hard and stale. The whole wrap was barely warm. Overall not a great experience. Food is too expensive considering you have to finish cooking it yourself. Don’t waste your time or money.

Coffee is terrible and the donuts taste off. I loved dunkin as a kid. Guess they changed their recipes…just like everyone else. The lemon donuts definitely don’t taste like lemon.
