The employees here are super nice! They are always super helpful if you have questions. Their iced coffee is really good. Also no up charge on non dairy milks or flavoring. The inside is usually pretty empty.

I was there on Saturday afternoon. I had a mobile order . I got in the drive thru thr line was outrageous! I waited for what seemed like forever ( I think was like 15 to 20min.). I actually got to the speaker & said I was here for the mobile order. I waited for a few more minutes then this was after I said this was ridiculous, i am sure thr employees heard me )I got out of the line & went in. I stood at the mobile area.Three different workers were there.None of them acknowledged me. After I was there a few minutes, one particular worker said.If they’re gonna be really rude , i’m gonna let them stand there, what’s I knew she was talking to me because there was nobody else in the store
besides employees. I do not say anything.Although I thought it was very unprofessional to say the least.( at that time 1employee said.I’m just gonna go take out the trash now.Knowing that I should have been waiting on before the trash was even thought about taken out! I went over to the counter with the donuts where there was a lady changing out the donuts paper. I stood there and finally was acknowledged finally told her what the order was
And they yet to even work on that order. Finally, they got their order. After a few minutes
. I have been that particular dunkin’ for several times never once have been treated like that. With 3 workers that was in there. We’re highly in professional to say the least. !. Please do better customer service because if there was no customer you would not have a job! I would give you less stars if I was able 1 is pushing it

Showed up at about 3pm on a Saturday and they had absolutely zero donuts. I would understand if it was morning rush… but 3pm on a Saturday is kinda crazy for having absolutely ZERO. This is also not the first time I’ve come here mid-day to get some donuts and they were completely out. If it was a one time thing, that would suck but it’d at least be understandable. Multiple times though is a pattern, and apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced this based on other reviews. I would rate one star, but depending on who you get behind the counter they can be nice sometimes. Just wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ location honestly.

I think this Dunkin has the nicest employees in the area. I’ve always been greeted with a friendly smile at the drive thru window. I usually only get drinks, and they are made accurately. There’s almost always a line, but you can always go inside. I like the convenience of staying in my warm car, so I don’t mind waiting. I just know not to place an order when I’m in a hurry, which seems like common sense for any drive thru. Thank you all for always being kind even though I know how difficult that can be working with the public!

A bit of context: I normally rate places a bit higher than most would. I’m pretty hard to disappoint, but this location did just that.

Early morning, breakfast/work rush. They’re busy. I understand that. I had about 5 cars in front of me and more than 10 behind as I left.

I’ve only been to one Dunks before and it was in Massachusetts so my only previous experience was great.

We order:
a sausage egg and cheese croissant
Hash browns circles
Everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese
10 munchkins
Strawberry dragonfruit lemonade

Every food item we were disappointed with.

Everything came back cold which is kind of astounding considering I was almost certain they warmed everything up per order.

The only thing that wasn’t cold was the hash browns. They were in the fryer too long and came back hard. We didn’t eat any of them.

I understand the munchkins coming back not warm but everything else really disappointed.

Will not be back to this location.

I was pressed for time so I placed my order for walk in service well ahead of my arrival to the store. When I arrived the doors were locked and I was forced to go through the drive thru line which I knew would be long. Needless to say, I already paid for my order so I had no other choice than to wait in the line or risk losing my money. As a result, I was late for my appointment.

Turning off the “walk in” option on the app when it’s not available would have been nice.

I’ve read through the reviews and am disappointed so many have had a bad experience. However, I can only assume this is in major part to do with staffing. I found myself in the lobby during morning rush (haven’t been to this location in a while) and apparently the lobby was not supposed to be open. Only drive through. I apologized to the woman working and she took my order without a fuss, food came out great! The drive through line was significantly long but she told me there were only two employees on during a morning RUSH and that meant the process was more efficient with only drive through being open. Since this is literally one of the few locations in town where I imagine they have tons of foot traffic, please provide more staff. That starts a cascade of events ultimately leading to happier employees who are willing to continue to offer great service.

I hope management sees this, kudos to your employees working through staffing shortages. Read through the plethora of negative reviews and reevaluate your structure. I understand Dunkin is a name brand and people will always visit, but eventually you’ll become the place people don’t want to go to anymore or even give another shot after a bad experience.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I had to share my terrible experience. They made my sandwich wrong, which isn’t a big deal because mistakes can happen. The fact that the employee kept telling her co-workers that i didn’t ask for no cheese was irritating, but when they handed me back the same sandwich with the cheese peeled off and cheese residue all over that was unacceptable. I have never had issues here before, and I love the way they make coffee, but I will never go back and will discourage people from going to this location.

I don’t know if the staff are all just incompetent and slow, or what the problem is because I ordered 2 strawberry frosted donuts, and got 2 chocolate frosted instead. Whether the reason for the mishap was them not being able to comprehend strawberry or them not caring, stuff like this is why they work at Dunkin making minimum wage. Please train your staff better or get people with basic comprehension and reading skills.

After lunch and a movie with friends, our last stop was for coffee and donuts. We got there around 3:30. The only choices that were available were a few donut holes. Not a single donut. The employee apologized so many times and said that was all that was there when she came in at noon. She was very nice and extremely apologetic. If it had been a few minutes before closing time, okay. But, 3:30, hours left before they close and no donuts. We left without purchasing anything. I would have given one star but the employee was so nice, so, two it is.
