Bought two croissant sandwiches. One sausage and one bacon. They were both missing half of the top breading, very dark croissants. I went back in line and showed the man the sandwiches, I said they look burnt and are missing part of the top breading. He said they are not burnt & he sees breading, I said really, you see a whole croissant top and he said yes. I told him I’d like to speak to the manager. He said Oh I’m not dealing with this and slammed the window closed. I said I’m not moving. He said I’m calling the police I said go ahead. I pulled away from the window because there were so many other cars I didn’t want to upset the line. I pulled into a parking spot and waited. No police showed up after 15 minutes of waiting. I love Dunkin Donuts & have never experienced this type of service. I won’t be going back to that store again. So disappointing. $15.01 was how much I wasted.

So, I get being understaffed and overworked. Sincerely, I do. But it’s just getting to a point where you can’t really rely on coming to this location anymore.

For one, sometimes the dine-in area will be locked. One time, the door was locked and an older man was just sitting in there on a laptop. He looked up at us, and proceeded to go back to work on his computer. Don’t know if that’s the store manager or not, but it was a little annoying. But, whatever, fine. There’s a drive-thru, so it’s not the worst thing in the world. However, sometimes we will literally sit there for- and I’m not exaggerating- five minutes until they finally get around to speaking through the mic.

For two, their location was closed during the bad weather we had here recently, and we placed an online order since it said it was open. Turns out it was not. Okay, cool, whatever. We call the next day to get that figured out, and the lady on the phone is really short with us. Now, in person, she did say she was cussed out many times that day and that she apologized; and like I do sympathize with her. There should absolutely be a way to switch it to “closed” online so she didn’t have to go through all of that.

It makes me wonder if this is a corporate issue, or the store manager just not caring enough to. We had a similar problem a few months ago when they unexpectedly closed early, too, due to being so short-staffed. The next day, the lady told us she was working by herself, and had to close down at like 4pm since she had been in there working since they opened that morning. Bless her heart.

Sometimes they’re out of the cheese for the loaded hashbrowns, too, which is fine, it happens!! But the absolute last straw was yesterday. Went up there at six p.m. after placing an online order (my boyfriend works third sometimes so he runs by there before his shift), and they said they “were out of iced coffee for the day.”

Like, hello?! Excuse me?! You’re out of ICED COFFEE?? Just for the day/remaining few hours you’re open???? And you are a COFFEE place????? Is it you not wanting to make it, or..??? Like do you guys not have ice? If so, why did you just say “for the day?” I feel, if something was broken, it would be worded a little differently I guess? Like what’s going on here??

I will say, despite the other reviews, most of the times we have come here, the workers have been nice. Just tired, honestly, but not unkind or rude- even if we had an issue with our order (a little kindness goes a long way). We kept coming back almost daily over the year because it’s right near our house, and we could understand them being understaffed.

But out of iced coffee?? Man, that’s like Zaxby’s being out of fried chicken. So that, coupled with the other reasons above, is why I am leaving this review.

I really just think this location has a TERRIBLE store manager, and they absolutely need to get more help. A more solid and dependable team overall.

That is all.

Went to Dunkin after work after placing an online order. With the order being a medium decaf coffee with 3 oak milk and 4 pumps of French vanilla. Walked in as I was the only one there. One employee in the back sitting on the counter on a laptop. After finally seeing the online order she proceeded to make it.She ran a pot and put milk and French vanilla and gives me cup and I expressed it didn’t taste right and if she didn’t mind making it over she does and it still doesn’t taste right. I showed her how both cups looked different and one was lighter than the other.which she agreed and was like i don’t know. Okay that’s fine at this point I asked if I could get a refund so I can go to the one on hwy 81 due to great service EVERYTIME! So now she tells me okay if you can go to the drive-thru window because the registers were closed. I pull to the window which i waited for almost 5 minutes until i blew the horn. At this point I’m a little annoyed and asked why the wait and was told it’s people at the drive-thru mic. But no order was being taken due to the register being by the window. That’s cool now I’m told I can’t get a refund because they tasted both coffees and they tasted fine. I’m really displeased and it’s starts with the manger Frank. Only this good about this store is the location. Which at this point that doesn’t matter!

This was my first time coming to this location, but it was not it. My sister and I came here to get some breakfast before going to the library to study. Let me tell you, it ruined my day before it even got started. When we got, we went through the drive-thru. They told us to wait to order, which was fine with us because we were still looking at the menu, but when it came time to order we were rushed to order and were told “are you done yet” and “is that it”, but in a very rude tone. Once we ordered our food (two breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns, a caramel iced coffee and a pumpkin spice signature latte), I tasted the pumpkin spice signature latte and didn’t really care for it, so I asked to trade it out for a refresher. They told me no and that the coffee was more. My thing is that if the coffee was more then what’s the problem with me wanting to trade it out for a refresher. I mean I paid for it and didn’t drink any of it. They were very rude, rushed us and the service just wasn’t there. Lastly, our breakfast sandwiches were flattened down and very watery, like they had just been dipped in water and heated up. I ate some of it because I was hungry, but there was no finishing whatever that was. And the hashbrowns weren’t that bad, but can you really mess hashbrowns up that bad. It was about $20 and over all 1/10, I would not recommend.

I have been to this location on many many occasions and have really never had an issue with my drink except for yesterday 11/2/24 and one time before and I’m pretty sure it was the same girl who took my order and made my drink both times. I always get a large iced coffee with hazelnut vanilla bean cream and sugar. Well both times I got it my drink looked like it had no coffee in it. Both times were ordered in the drive thru so the first time I asked if they could remake it bc when I pay over $4 for a coffee I expect it to be made and taste right. The girl had attitude that day as well as yesterday. But yesterday instead of asking for it to be remade in the drive thru I went inside. When I told the girl my drink was mainly creamer she huffed made me another one and then set it down with attitude on the counter. Never said a word or apologized or anything. So I tasted it right then and was like what in the world. She looked at me and said “what? It don’t taste right” again with attitude. So I looked at her and told her it was fine I’d just add some of my cream from the first drink to it myself and she just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing like I didn’t matter. So that is what I did right in front of the store and took pics to post in my review. Needless to say I will NOT go back to this location.

employees don’t greet or speak to you at all, instead head to the back to sing to their music and chat. didn’t even realize my stuff was ready cause they didn’t bother calling it out and sat it in the mobile order area instead when i made my order in store on that stupid ahh screen since no one would speak to me. won’t be returning

I just visited this location I stated I would like a cup of ice, a pepsi and a ten dollar gift card twice. So I get to the window and the manager ask so what do you need again? Then he gets an attitude when I said I would like a cup of ice, Pepsi and $ 10 dollar gift card and tell me I can go somewhere else! First of all I was being very polite and the manager was acting like a child and he told me I can go some where else. I told him I would, because America doesn’t run on Duncan, it can run on Krispy Kream or any other business! The nerve of people now a days! Whomever the franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed of whom he or she has working for him! Further more, I feel racism in the workplace should not be tolerated and I will tell everyone I can not to come to this specific Dunkin Donuts!

Was unable to use my gift card because they didn’t have the register open and the kiosk wouldn’t take my card. No one was able to help. We also couldn’t order what we wanted because it wasn’t on the kiosk.
I understand a lack of employees is a problem…. it’s just very frustrating to experience things like this every time I go in.

Consistent staff among the last few years makes me think they’re doing something right. The food at this location is never great but the coffee is always exactly what I’m looking for for the price

You know I wanted to give this a better rating. Let’s start with the good. The store was clean. And the staff was friendly.

The bad: the donuts were stale. The coffee tasted burnt. The only option was a kiosk to order (I don’t know why that is so annoying, but with one kiosk it was). Overall the food and coffee wasn’t good. It also took over 10 minutes to get served the two donuts I ordered. 10 minute to get a stale donut…
