Several months ago I got 2 dozen donuts to take to a company as a thank you. I also got half a dozen to take home with me. These donuts were so dry I was embarrassed to have taken them to the company. My husband wanted to stop there a few days ago. Thinking maybe they had had a bad day last time, we ordered 3 donuts at the drive through. These 3 donuts ( with cream on top) were thrown into a bag and pressed together. These too were so dry we couldn’t eat them. They seemed to be days old. I will not be going back there!

this dunkin is on my way to work, this morning i asked for a hot dunkalatte with some caramel and extra sugar it literally tasted like water. i’ve had issues with this dunkin before i went one time and they gave me a croissant that was burnt so bad i couldn’t even bite into it. i’ve ordered a hot coffee before and gotten iced but i don’t think i’ll be going back ive just had too many bad experiences.

I ordered a Box O’ Joe online 6 hours before I needed to pick it up. I arrived for the pickup only to be told they were out of those and could give only give 4 large cups of coffee instead. This was not ideal for the situation so I asked for a refund only to be told that was not possible. No refund or store credit. They said to come back tomorrow to try to make things right. Complete waste of $25.91 and time. Very disappointed and hope they make this right.

As a lifelong New England D&D customer, the southern D&D is lacking.
I never eat Dunks food, as the food quality has greatly diminished over the years. Especially since the time of the centralized kitchens.
The southern Dunks definitely needs to step it up in just caring about the product & physical upkeep.

Service was ok / acceptable. ( employees were mostly more interested in thier own conversations than in engaging me) No attempts at upselling. The ☕️ tasted just fine, no problem there.
However the physical store was a mess. I stopped in for a coffee at 11:30am, It looked like a pack of raccoons spent the night in the store & it just opened.

Too many bad experiences dealing with this location. Most recent was a delivery order. Clearly ordered hot coffee and they sent iced coffee. In the past I went in the store to put 20$ on my dunkin account, paid cash… as soon as I left store they canceled the transaction and kept my 20$ no funds to my account.

I was very surprised to see a dunkin which was not packed on a Saturday morning… now I know why. Both coffees in my order were incorrect and not good at all. Food was okay but im sure it was microwaved anyways so not too hard to mess up.

I love this location. Morning crew is often understaffed and overwhelmed. They still get the order right and are pleasant to interact with.

Heavy set white girl yelled at me through the intercom as I was explaining what type of munchkins I wanted. (They were wrong) shocker. Then it took them 15 minutes to make a coffee and the munchkins. I get you hate your life but don’t take it out on me. Def won’t be back.
