Stopped by on my drive thru and grabbed two Carmel Craze Iced Signature Latte. Wife and I truly enjoyed them. Staff were very friendly and little to no wait in line. Great stop.

This location is consistently horrible. They don’t warm up the food and are okay giving stale bagels to customers. I have never received hot food from this location, and it usually tastes kind of off (probably because it’s on a rock-hard, stale piece of bread). Although they can get people in and out of the drive thru quickly, they just can’t provide anything good worth my money.
Additionally, the employees are rarely attentive. I once got a drink without a straw and had to wait at the window as the barista turned her back immediately and started showing videos on her phone. Even after I knocked on the window, she didn’t turn around. They rarely listen and will try and give you orders that aren’t yours, even though we go in a single file line…
I purposely drive past this location to go to others so I can actually have a hot breakfast. Do not use this location.

Was very busy and the wait took long than it should because one disgruntled customer was arguing with the staff. The doughnuts were pretty picked over but coffee was good. I’m sure this was more of an exception than the norm.

Someone want to argue this isn’t service with a smile these girls was amazing!!! Oh and did I mention the caramel craze coffee was mmmm mmmm good And the grand babies said thanks for fixing them special donuts 1st time in this store as I am from Kentucky, but guaranteed I will be in it anytime I’m here. Move over Starbucks the not only have friendly girls with beautiful smiles, they have the best coffee and awesome reward program. I recommend downloading the DD app and go for a visit!!!!! I have been to this store several times and they are very friendly and fast. This morning I was 10 cars deep in drive thru and I was out in about 3 minutes my order was complicated and correct. They didn’t seem frustrated like a lot of places get, but very nice and courteous.

I was the second car in the drive in so thought it would not be a long wait time. I waited behind the car in front of me about 10 to 15 minutes and then it was my turn. I got my drink fairly quickly food not very quick at all. I waited a good while before a young lady asked me what I was waiting for told her my food she was polite said it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind never asked me to pull up several cars behind me. Several minutes went by asked how much longer been out here for awhile. The lady proceeded to tell me a group of kids just came in which I saw a long time after I ordered so that should have no bearing on my order because I was there long before they were which I pointed out. Another 10 minutes with no one coming over to me and as a worker walked by asked how much longer she asked what I ordered and I told her and honestly as this time if I had not already paid I would have left. I said ma’am this is ridiculous there was a smart comment from another worker and I said I am truly not trying to be rude but it should not take this long and I saw atleast 4 workers from the drive in. She again apologized a worker by the grill made a comment here give her her food in a nasty attitude. I asked if she was the manager the pleasant worker said no she was not, I said thank goodness because her nasty attitude is terrible. This was my second visit to this location with poor customer service and it will be my last. I do appreciate the workers that were polite but the other worker which was older to me should absolutely no better in a situation as this and she is awful.

Super unprofessional! The person who takes order had an attitude and when we pulled up the the window the young lady droped the card on the street. Not to mention they also forgot about a sandwich and a drink and they asked twice what was the thing we ordered. After all they just gave us the sandwich but not the drink. Very poorly service, do better at finding better workers Dunkin!
