Got the daydream strawberry refresher and it was delicious ! i loved it, donuts were dry though :/ but they were still good in my opinion just wish they were fresher. Workers super sweet and helpful also got the daydream cups ! super cute

I was in this morning picking up some donuts for my church and spilled coffee on myself and the floor. The staff was very nice, helpful, and concerned and so were the people in the lobby. It was embarrassing but your staff handled it perfectly. Blessings

The manager at this location needs to lose the attitude and figure out what her staff is doing before she jumps down people’s throats. I came here to pick up a delivery orde. The doors to the lobby were locked so I went to the drive-thru. The manager tells me that I need to come in next time to pick it up. I told her that the lobby doors were locked. Rather than just apologize and hand me the order, she tells me the same thing over again. How about do your job and make sure the doors are unlocked. I’m not magical. I cannot go through locked doors.

Very nice Dunkin Donuts super clean. Super friendly staff. Coffee and donuts were super fresh. Our coffees were hot and prepared as ordered.

The worst customer service in a while. Receiving the wrong order 4 times incorrectly throughout the week. 3 times was for a friend once for me. Here I am standing in line once more and they forgot my large hot coffee while I’m standing right here in front of them. Save your money. Go to a different location!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never really had issues with this DD before but this morning was terrible. I ordered a mobile order on the app went through the drive through to pick it up. First they told me they were out of pumpkin donuts, so they gave us strawberry instead. Then for some reason it was taking them forever to make our hot food so they asked us to pull around. 10 minutes I’m still sitting out front waiting for my food. We go in, my food was sitting at the window but clearly they forgot about me. They also had a full rack of pumpkin donuts. Terrible service here. I will not be going back.

I’ve been coming to this DD for years almost every morning now and have very rarely been dissatisfied at the coffee/food. Service is always great and the people are real, not fake! We feel as if they treat us like family and because of that reason this will always be our Dunkin! Also got to give the managers (Especially Sherri) and workers two big thumbs up for all their hard work!!!
