So I pull up to the speaker and place my order. Get told to pull to the 2nd window like usual, cool. Get to the window and a guy comes up to ask me what my order was. I go to tell him and he cuts me off to say he can’t hear me and kind of acts frustrated and looks at a girl and asks “can YOU hear her?” And then he walks off. The girl leans forward and asks me what my order was. So I tell her. Then she walks off. Then ANOTHER girl comes and asks me what my order is… so I tell her then she goes “sorry I still didn’t get that what was it” so I tell her again THEN she chuckles and goes “wait sorry I was listening to her over there what did you say again?” At this point I’m about to just drive off. Like is this is prank? So I tell her AGAIN. This is like the 5th time I’ve said my order. She puts it in the system, takes my card, and tells me to pull to the front. So I go to the front. Then the girl comes out to tell me they’re out of the stuff for the mangonada and I was like its fine I’ll just get a refund on that. Now keep in mind I ordered 3 things: a peppermint mocha-hot, a mangonada, and a chocolate strawberry daydream refresher. They bring me $4 cash which isnt even the full refund but whatever I don’t even bother and THEN someone else brings me the peppermint mocha and the mangonada but NOT the chocolate strawberry daydream refresher sooo what?! At that point I took what I had and just left. But like… do better. This was ridiculous. They were not busy at all, and there were at least 4 workers in there. I always try to cut restaurant workers slack because I used to work in them and understand but things like this theres no excuse for and keep in mind customers can be going through things as well and it may sound silly but when a relative just died or something terrible happens and all u want is a drink and someone cant even get that right this small mess here is enough to set someone off.

You know everything would have been an A+ but the attitudes today really kill an experience at a place. First when I ordered the wrong thing on accident I politely apologized about the mistake I made but the 2 people serving (one in the drive thru and some short girl with glasses) were visibly annoyed and I’m sitting back here thinking was I rude or something????? Then as they remake my drinks the short girl with the glasses slides them too me (once again visibly annoyed) and pretty much is very dismissing way (drinks were also not made correctly but I was not gonna bother her again). Once again I politely let them know I had a doughnut too (once again the short girl with glasses) and she pretty much again in a dismissive way puts it down on the counter. I thanked and left the place but They did a great job today making it known they were annoyed today when there was a simple confusion on “coffee” . I get it it can be annoying dealing in customer service but when I’m not even being rude or anything it’s makes it substantially worse. Will not be coming back till this store learn how to be a lot more considerate and patient bc that’s ridiculous.

I would not recommend going here if you don’t want to wait 1520 minutes. If you go inside, unfortunately, I have a work truck that doesn’t fit through the drive through. I have to go inside. There are more worried about there.App orders online orders and drive through before they worry about anyone standing in front of them

Felt rushed placing order at drive thru, but meh.. no big deal, was however talking to the passenger in my car about it while paying at the window. The lady working the window decided to chime in, “we heard your order.” So ofc I let her know (even tho she knew), #1 I was not talking to her & #2 I know my order was heard. I guess that pissed her off because she let me know “you know I can refuse your order, right..”. I tell her to call the owner to the window and she tells me I can come in, so I do. I’m at the counter telling the owner what happened and she speaks up, “I thought you were talking to me”.. lies, she KNEW I was not talking to her, but whatever. Asked for a refund and she snatches the coffees off the counter and says, “I don’t know what is wrong with people today.” (The lady behind me had also requested a refund & spoke up about her attitude). The owner told her to stop and go take a break, but she was still back there working and mumbling, he has no control of his employees. I hate this is the only place in Lake City to get coffee!!

I go to this location about once a week it’s usually fast and friendly , this morning they were on the slower side with taking about 10 minutes for 2 hot coffees and 4 donuts plus a travel mug . Priority was given to drive through I watched them make orders for drive through that were taken after mine at the counter. Manager was hustling drive through. they were busy at the window we were the only ones inside
