I’ve had a couple of rough Dunkin’ visits lately at other locations, so I came into this one with pretty low expectations — but this stop was actually better. Service was noticeably quicker, and the staff seemed more organized during the morning rush, which made the whole experience less stressful.
My sandwich was warmer and fresher than the last few I’ve had, and the biscuit was finally soft instead of hard and dry. Definitely an improvement. The coffee was made right and tasted how I expected, which honestly hasn’t always been the case before.
It still wasn’t perfect — the dining area could’ve been a little cleaner, and the overall experience felt more “fine” than great. But compared to my recent visits, this location showed that a solid Dunkin’ run is possible. I’d come back here over the other spots I’ve tried.

In spite of what all the pretentious people say about this place, this is one of the nicest and friendliest Dunkin I have ever been to. I have had several wonderful interactions when dropping by here for a coffee. This type of service is rare nowadays. It tastes better than the coffee.

I come to this location often because it’s close to my home, but I’ve had more than one issue here. Orders tend to be entered incorrectly and I’ve been overcharged before, including during my most recent visit with the $5 Meal Deal.
I recommend double checking your receipt and your order before leaving. It’s frustrating to have to go back and fix mistakes, especially when you’re on your way to work. Hoping they improve their accuracy and service.

The girl (no name tag) making the drinks never asked anyone if they needed help or anything. Never spoke to any customer inside at all. She just kept making drinks and avoiding eye contact with everyone. I am not sure if she was the only one working both the drive thru and inside or not as both lines were long. A simple I will be with you in a few minutes is all you need to say instead of avoiding eye contact with everyone by the register. This may not be the best job for this girl since she has no people skills.

Went in today for a coffee, stood up front for about 5 minutes then yell for someone before anyone came out to take my order. Then when I got my coffee it wasn’t even halfway full, and had whipped cream in it after I said no whipped cream in my coffee. I see why they have such a poor rating to not even been open a year yet.

Hit or miss service depending on the day. Donuts were old. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Only two people working, but they were working their tails off. I think the new coffee shop by lowes has cut into their business.

Stay away!!!!!! Went to this location and ordered a breakfast sandwich and two bacons. The bacons were cold. Like they were cooked yesterday. Wife took bacon in and employee has attitude saying we can’t heat up the bacon. WE PAID FOR OUR MEAL. MAKE IT RIGHT.
