I have previously only stopped here for drive thru coffee. Today I went inside to get some donuts and I honestly cannot believe this place is still open. It was absolutely gross. Every single surface was dirty. There was junk everywhere and nothing was organized. There was mold on the ceiling tiles and the ceiling tiles I could see in the back were brown and oozing something. They had zero donut holes, and appear to never have them. They were out of nearly every kind of donut.
I felt bad for the staff because they were very busy, but there was no one taking orders inside – you had to use the kiosk. Then about 15 minutes after I put in my order along with 4 or 5 people after me, an employee came over and finally picked up all the order printouts and started filling them in reverse order. By the time she got to mine, they were out of the main thing I’d wanted, even though I’d placed my order before the people who got the last few.
I spent $20 on a dozen donuts and I don’t even know what I got. Also — their app just… doesn’t work? How is this company in business? But also, how is this particular location not shut down by the health department? Yikes.

Employees seem incompetent or uncaring about their Job. Had whoever was taking our order ask us what a chocolate cake donut was, ask us where on the menu the moca we wanted was, and then confuse us to oblivion after asking for milk saying a bunch of jumbo about the milk they have “you mean chocolate milk or white milk or creamer, we can put it on the side or bottled, we don’t have bottled” after telling them I wanted milk as a DRINK. Almost like they were HIGH. All we ordered was 2 donuts and a coffee and they seemed to take way too long to get that to us. Not a good location.

I go here about twice a week before going to work and about half of the time I order avocado toast with my coffee and today I open the box to eat it when I get to work and there is no seasoning at all and barely any avocado spread on the toast. I pay four dollars for this that’s bullshit. Do better.

I ordered they Uber Eats and the driver was fantastic! But Dunkin Donuts put my 6-pack of Donuts together and actually PUT FROSTED DONUTS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER IN A SMALL BOX!!! they are FROSTED donuts so obviously, the ones underneath are going to be ruined! This us INCREDIBLY POOR QUALITY did service! I want my money back!!! And when I tried to call about it, they seriously just kept hanging up on me without picking up the phone! How INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I will never be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever ever ever again!!! And I’m going to be calling corporate immediately to complain! I mean who actually DOES this with frosted donuts?!?! And then refuses to answer the phone? I am absolutely disgusted with their service!

Menu was glued together, forgot my order waited while they served everyone else. Messed up every part of my order. Did not get correct food. Bad service, bad atmosphere, not organized, and some of the food was burnt even though it wasn’t the correct food.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend wasting your time here. Even if the food is ok its not worth it. My husband and I went through the drive thru to get food and somehow the customer service rep started arguing with us about our order. Then she made comments and ended up burning our food. Not worth what we paid for. They were beyond rude and the manager was outside changing the sign at the drive thru when this happened and said nothing. The bagel pictures I posted was the the one that was less burnt the other one we got was completely black.
