So I stopped at this location to grab a hot chocolate and 2 bacon wake up wrap for breakfast. Got to work and prepared to eat my food and this is what it look like.
Dunkin’s Employee, if you overcook a sandwich, have the decency to remake it instead of shoving something like this in a bag and having people waste their hard earned money, just to throw it in the trash.
Cheese burnt and wrap is super hard.

A long wait
& I had to request my order 3x’s by three different people. Then the order that I had requested was wrong ill-prepared & had missing items. I do not recommend this specific Dunkin’; definitely needs some employee training.

The service is always below subpar at any Dunkin I go to. I placed a mobile order for walk in, all for the sign in the door to say that the Lobby is closed. That’s extremely inconvenient for people who just simply want to grab & go, & then having to wait in line for more than 10 minutes. This will be my last time stopping at this location.

I’m not sure if the employees at Dunkin just aren’t trained properly or they’re just lazy but multiple times I’ve gotten the Dunkalatte and they just fill it up with their coffee milk and leave out the espresso shot. I’ve had to say things multiple times and sometimes I’ve just not caught it until I’m too far. This location and the Wildewood location do the same thing. Like stop wasting people’s money because you don’t want to brew one espresso shot

This is honestly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Yolanda was extremely rude and judgy when we asked if we could add chipotle aioli to a sandwich. She didn’t know what it was and somehow that became our problem when it was being advertised on a sign right behind her. Customer service isn’t that hard. Do better.

Despite there only being 2 employees working and a chaotic amount of mobile orders and people in the drive thru I got my coffee in a reasonable amount of time, they were incredibly kind and apologetic, they maintained a great attitude despite the adversity, and my coffee was perfect!
