I always order same thing when I go to a Dunkin, extra large hot original blend coffee. Was perfect! Hot just how I like it. Young man was pleasant. I was greeted as I entered the restaurant. I’ve been to this Dunkin a number of times. Always good. I stopped going to my local Dunkin, in Orangeburg, SC, because always get just warm coffee and employees don’t care. But this Dunkin in Red Bank is different. Keep up the great work. Also, premises very clean.

I wish they would hire more people. Just for the fact that this place does really well, and would do much better if it were updated and had more employees. They put so much stress on the employees. Two employees for dozens of customers. And sometimes only one employee working the front and the window. I absolutely love the coffee. I go nowhere else for my coffee. The workers are usually smiling and welcoming.

First time I ever had dunkin donuts and they were pretty good! I picked a variety for me and my husband and we both really enjoyed it! I then order a sugar cookie ice coffee and it was delicious! I also like to order ahead and earn rewards! Everything has been great so far, I will definitely be back to order more!

Today October 22nd I ordered a sweet tea through the drive-thru pay for it ask for a small cup of ice Nicole the manager with a very bad and nasty attitude as if the restaurant belongs to her charge me $0.31 this chick did a refund on my sweet tea then rerung it up adding to 31 cents for ice I explained to her that I’ve gotten ice for free many times cheap bouncing her shoulders oh no we have to charge $0.31 she had the audacity to run my car twice for 31cent. I wasn’t comfortable drinking the tea so I poured it out please get rid of Nicole or take her back to training customer service there was a line of people behind me waiting on a 31cent transaction I’m requesting a refund I don’t trust her and I wouldn’t go back not there

I had placed a mobile order in advance and arrived at the store expecting to pick it up in a timely manner. However, after arriving, I had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes, which was frustrating, especially since several other customers who arrived after me received their orders before I did.

Been coming here for years everyday. Never again. Had an associate be very rude. I was waiting for awhile about 5 minutes for someone to even talk to me and my baby started crying and they said maam can you tell your kid to be quiet. So rude

Horrible! Hashbrowns were disgusting and very soggy! Sourdough breakfast sandwich states 5, 1/2 pieces of bacon and has 3 tiny burnt pieces! The bread is barely toasted! I rarely leave reviews but this is beyond horrible! DEFINITELY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT FOR FOOD GOING OUT THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS!!!

Came here for breakfast, first of all I don’t understand why there is not a full menu for the drive thru but I figured it out, the young man did not seem like he wanted to be there but it could of been that he was busy. I got the caramel “frappucinno” which was more like a watery milkshake than a coffe beverage. Also the sausage crossiant I had was somehow both burnt and cold. Overall, I spent around $11-$12 on this “breakfast” and ended up throwing most of it away.

Ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cream, caramel, and sugar. It hit the spot for my morning coffee and sweet tooth. We got it to go.
