Theanager today is Very Rude. I’d tell you her name but she refused to give it, hid her tag when I asked. I bought books, the cashier has a cart of books that were not shelved, she asked me if I’d like to look through them. I was doing that and had picked some out when said manager came over and jumped me for looking at them. She said she would also get into the cashier. I had not and would not make a mess if the books. Both myself and the cashier told her that I had permission to do this. No excuse for rudeness. I asked if rudeness was a policy to be a manager here.

Today I experienced poor customer
Service at the Lexington, SC Dunkin Donuts on W. Main st.
I had walked inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order and when I looked at the donut I ordered, it was hard on the corners and torn so I asked to exchange it for another one (same kind) that was normal and fresh.
The older lady there told the young girl “NO”. I again asked politely and said I didn’t want a different donut, that I was simply wanting one of the fresher looking ones that wasn’t torn but of the exact same kind. Again I was told no.
As a paying customer, I do not feel that my request was out of bounds at all and I for sure will never go to that location again. All over a donut exchange. Ridiculous.

I normally have a good experience at this Dunkin, but I recently went and it was bad.
I had a mobile order, and there was no line for the drive-thru. We ordered a dozen donuts of all varieties, but we only got 1/3 of the donuts we requested.
When we got up to the drive-thru speaker, an employee informed us that they were out of a lot of the donuts that we had requested. We said that we would like to replace them with another kind, and then we asked what was available for us to choose from. The employee said “everything but those.” That was… helpful.
We pulled up the app to view the other selections, and the employee got impatient. She said, “Well are you going to order or..?”
I just replaced the rest of the donuts with glazed with chocolate on top, but we received chocolate glazed. She handed us our drinks and didn’t say anything.
I hope that she is doing alright.

I dont Understand how this location is allowed to continue to operate and stay in business. Today I ordered a simple order and they yet again managed to get it wrong. I have been to this location countless times and I cant Remember a single time there where they got the order right or didn’t have an attitude. It’s absolutely ridiculous for you to go to a restaurant and basically know you will receive a wrong order or be treated poorly. Just remember these are adults working here, hired to do a very simple job.

I’ve gone here a couple of times in the morning after work in the last week just to order a macchiato. It was exactly how it should be so kudos to y’all for that ! However, the people working there seem to be unenthusiastic. I honestly don’t blame them because dealing with customers early in the morning can be stressful

I had great experiences with this store until recently. I ordered the powdered vanilla cream donuts on several occasions and instead was given lemon filled donuts. I am allergic to lemon. Good thing i am smart enough to check before i eat or it couldve been a bad day. I dont see how it could be that hard to give the customer the correct order. They werent very busy so maybe they need donut clarification training. 3 strikes and i am out. Will drive the extra mile for krispy kreme from now on. UPDATE: wel like a dummy i hit the drive thru again. Im not sure what the hold up is but there were only 3 people in line and hete i sit 15 mins later with no donut or coffee. Dont waste your time here. Its not worth it.

Absolutely disappointed!!! I went through the drive-thru this MORNING and orders 50 ASSORTED munchkins and this is what I received….two Boxes, one box with one (only one) powdered and the rest all blueberry, the other box had 9 chocolate munchkins and the remaining were YES AGAIN, blueberry. I clearly stated Assorted so that should be a mix of glazed, powdered, pumpkin, chocolate and blueberry. Which is what they said they had; so please explain??

Every time we come here we mobile order about 25 minutes before and come in and the order isn’t ready. There’s product not available, and we wait another 15-20 minutes to be taken care of. Ownership must suck. Order was placed at 2:17 and I walked out with 2 drinks and a donut at 3:00. 2 members of management? Just sitting talking while their other 2 employees are struggling.

If you need coffee this place is fine, but do not go thinking they have donuts. I know what the name of the place is and implies that they have donuts but in reality they do not. On a Saturday at 1130am, yes I know late for donuts. They only had 4 choices. Out of the 4 they had , what they gave me was wrong. Half of what I ordered looked like jelly filled ( which I did not order), but with no jelly in it. Just a huge donut with the wrong frosting. The plain donuts look like they were there for weeks. If you need donuts , go to Krispy Kreme.

Doors say 8pm closure. Doors are locked. Called the store no one answered. Tried to go through drive through, the car in front didn’t move for over 5 min, so I left. Anytime we have actually been able to go in, the customer service is beyond terrible and all the donuts are gone. We were told they are brought in and not made in the store. Would not recommend this business.
