My husband and I stopped by this dunkin on march 9th 2026 with our dog for drinks and a pup cup, we went through the drive through as we didn’t want to bring our shedding dog into the establishment. When going through the drive through, my husband asked if they did pup cups or had anything of the sort, the employee said no, which is understandable as not all establishments have to materials to do so, so we continued with our order and got something else for our dog, a ham and swiss croissant stuffer, a mango protein refresher, and a peach zero sugar energizer. After ordering, my husband was asked to repeat our order at least three times, and we were told to pull forward without our total if how much our three items were. When we got to the window the employee working the drive thru was getting help with putting our order into the system from the manager, which we could hear from the window being open. We waited 5+ minutes for our croissant and first drink, and then we’re ignored for several minutes while we waited on our second before another employee came to the window and informed us he couldn’t make the second drink, the peach energizer because they were out of sparkling water, but he could mix it with lemonade instead. We agreed to the swap as it wasnt a big deal to us (both of us have, or currently work in the food service industry, we understand most mishaps), and waited some more for our second drink. When we received our drinks, we pulled off to go home, as there were 2-3 cars behind us, and we didnt want to stress the employees more by running up the time on their drive thru timer. When we got home, we realized upon first sip that we had been given the completely wrong drink. The peach energizer wascorrect, however, instead of a mango protein refresher, we had been given a strawberry dragon fruit protein refresher. I am allergic to dragonfruit, but thankfully my husband had taken the first sip, otherwise that would’ve been a very expensive, completely avoidable trip to the emergency room. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in the lack of attention and care of this establishment. I work in the food service industry, I understand that mistakes happen, things get mixed up, but the straight up lack of attention exhibited could seriously hurt somebody. What I fail to wrap my head around is how you have us repeat our order THREE TIMES and you STILL get it wrong.

I know as a chain that Dunkin is deprioritizing donuts, but about half of the flavors were completely out of stock on this Sunday morning. I felt like the service was rather slow as well given that there was only one other customer inside.
It’s probably best to go to another location if you actually want donuts.

I just want to respectfilly say if a business don’t allow employees to answer and have personal cell phones on them while at work. I would’ve haye to have needed to get in contract with a child/family member that works at both west columbia area, forrest drive, st andrews road, two notch road garners ferry road and Cayce. I called each of those stores for over 2-3 hours hoping someone woukd answer the phone. Not 1 answer that business. Until I searched again and couldn’t understand how I passed a location in irmo, which is why I’m writing this. Faith Bailey answered the phone. And I was so excited I said oh baby I’m about to Google review your …. And with her not knowing I was excited and pissed at the same time. Her customer service skills and polite and very mannerful personality just kicked in. She said polictly oh no is there something I can do to assist you. At that moment I realized she didn’t know I was stating a goig review. But she still was very knowledgeable of everything I was calling about and directed me to where and why if I was to be looking for items such as the banna pudding donut, this is why and where I would be able to find them. So I would like to say to this dunkin donuts location lake Murray Blvd, irmo sc Faith Bailey has shown a customer of your business 100% Empathy, patience caring. Her professionalism is impressive and I thank her for going above and beyond to resolve/ inform me with correct information for my issue. So thank you Faith Bailey you really don’t know how much your effort brought a smile to me as a customer and thank you for being a vital part of the dunkin team and I pray that this reaches who it needs to reach cause baby I could tell you really care about your job and I really appreciate it. 10 stars for you girl.

I’ve never had someone from Dunkin makes my milk, espresso, and my syrup altogether in a separate cup, and then pour it into my cup and dump half of it down the drain when I corrected the young lady making my drink and explaining to her That she was dumping half of my syrup and espresso down the drain so now I’m not actually getting what I’m paying for. She told me that if I had a problem to call corporate. I also asked for cinnamon sugar and they told me because I wasn’t getting a specific drink. I was not allowed to have it on my coffee. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful group of women at a Dunkin’ Donuts in my life (including the manager), I understand now why they have such a low rating. I love Dunkin’ Coffee But from now on, I will definitely be checking ratings before I go to a particular store and if that means I have to go to Starbucks over Dunkin so be it. I hope the store gets it self together..

Food absolutely terrible! Coffee is the worse. I don’t understand how hard is it to make a cup of coffee? You complain they hang up on you. You can’t call to complain because no one picks up. If you are smart stay far away from. Maybe if they spoke less during work( been in to pick up and almost got high myself) you do what you want but try learning job and being professional!!! Absolutely a nightmare. Dunkin do so much better. We spend money to have good coffee and sandwich.

Worst Dunkin experience ever. We were the 6th car in line and waited 45 minutes. We got our drinks first then had to wait But on food. The food was not hot at all when we got it and was wrong. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese and a toasted plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Both bagels were cold and stale. The everything bagel had no cream cheese and the plain bagel had plain cream cheese and we had a side of strawberry cream cheese. The hash browns were good but cold and the apple fritter was over baked. Not sure why it took so long with everything being cold.

I’m not sure who the owner of this Dunkin is, but they should probably hire a full new staff lol. I tried to give this Dunkin a chance, I’ve been there probably 8-10 times but my drink is never made correctly, I’ll get different ones and they are still never right. They’re usually watery, they’re not filled up etc. and this isn’t user error, I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and the same drink I order there is so gross at this location lol. One time a guy on the speaker who was taking my order said “yo what can I…” and then had to correct himself. I knew once I heard that my drink was gonna be bad because how hard is it to address someone correctly when that’s your literal job. I’ve worked several customer service jobs and it’s such a shame that a good company hires the worst/laziest employees at several locations around here. Anyways, I’ll only be going to the location my family has whenever I’m down there! Thanks

This may be the absolute worst location ever. Food is always either cold when it should be hot or warm when it should be cold. The coffee is burnt tasting 90% of the time. And I just say In the drive through for 25 minutes to get a coffee and doughnut. Curbs on either side and cars in front and behind. Could t even get out of I wanted to. Terrible

This location is literally always out of stock with food and drinks. And I go at the beginning of the day. Like, is someone not checking the inventory constantly?? This is like the 3rd time this has happened! And not to mention the guy that heated up my omelette bites burned them. How do you burn omelette bites bruh??
