I ordered a hot chocolate because I love the ones they make at Dunkin’ Donuts, but this is the fifth time they’ve given me one that tastes awful. Today I asked them to change it, and they said the machine was broken and they were making it with a different machine using milk, but it still tasted horrible. On top of that, I ordered an XL size and they gave me a cup that was practically half empty. This is a rip-off.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts quite often because my job is very close, and I always ask for my Matcha to be shaken and not blended because blending milk just makes a bunch of foam and this is what I end up with after all that has settled down. I’m paying the price of a medium, but basically getting a small. It’s the little things that keep customers coming back, I don’t want to keep paying 6 dollars for foam

Some of the employees at that location seem like they really don’t want to be there. Also an issue I keep having at multiple locations is the lip on your cups is smashed so the lid doesn’t stay on meaning when I go pick up my coffee by the cup while I’m driving the lid pops off and spills hot coffee all over my lap. This is now the third time in three weeks this has happened. I happen to be a regular at all four locations in this immediate area, but I’m about to stop going entirely if this continues to happen

Got the Protien Mango Refresher and it was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and fast. I just wish they had more seating areas.

The donuts and sandwiches are good but the specialty coffees can be quite bad. I had a cake coffee that had pieces of slimy waxy bits in it. It had obviously been sitting around for a while. I threw it away. It was the third time they had served me a drink that had been sitting around and was terrible. I’m done with them.

Went to get some munchkins and I asked if they sell by the dozen. The server said 12 pack and I said sure. They charged me 3 something for a 10 pack and 3 something for 2 munchkins. I asked what this was and he said we sell by 10. I said you owe me 10 more and he said I gave you all we have which was 14. That was dirty.

Go here pretty much every day, service is normally amazing with Samantha at the drive thru. Went today with another girl working, who definitely does not know how to speak to customers. “Um so we’re still working on your order, yeah” I really recommend working on training the whole team in customer service if you’re going to have them up at the window.

I went to the establishment this morning through the drive-through and girl that was taking my order was really rude. I was ordering and before I was even done she simply said “just pull around for your total”. I was like “I’m still not done ordering'” and girl said “yea whatever, continue “. I got to the window and was like that is not good customer service. I ordered 10 donut munchkins for my little and left. I got 8 with one of them looked it someone bit into it. NOT OK. Would not recommend.
