Certain presumptuous workers will shove the POS terminal at you expecting a tip at the drive-thru BEFORE recieving your food & beverages. No tip = bad coffee, burnt or uncooked food, no napkins .. shameful retribution. Remember, these employees aren’t paid less than minimum wage and aren’t traditionally tipped as such. Only exceptional service might be considerable for a gratuity.
Since this is the second Dunkin to do this, we will not be back.

This is the first time I have been in Dunkin’ Donuts and no one greets you. One person was in front of me. We waited more than five minutes before I asked why we had not been helped. And one of the three Employees said, normally she is helping at the register but she is making drinks for me now so,. We then waited another 2-3 minutes. I then scan the code to give feedback and SUDDENLY they walked over to take our order. They were horrible. It was horrible service. Date 12:29 about 3:10pm

This is inarguably the worst Dunkin Donuts. Horrible service, orders been incorrect every time we go and still somehow 40 dollars for coffee and crappy bagels. Every employee seems personally offended that we decided to grace their establishment. This will be our last time going.

I love this DD’S! I don’t have any near me, and being a New England native, whenever I’m in Franklin seeing through the drive- thru (I’ve never been inside). I grab some donuts, coffee, or maybe a wake up wrap. The service is always friendly and quick. And, they share their space with the Shell station which I earn rewards for, so it’s a 2 birds, 1 stone thing. Though I assure you I would never throw a stone at a bird.
All in all of you’re in the area local or just passing through. It’s a great pit stop.

I really wish they could just be consistent. I ordered hash browns one day and they were mushy & tasted terrible. The raspberry croissant didn’t come warmed up and tasted like undercooked dough.
But bagels are usually consistent for me, but not today. Today it was burnt and had barely any cream cheese & ultimately was inedible because I couldn’t chew it since it was so over cooked

Extremely disappointing!
A entire order of food! What a waste!! Bagel bites completely cold! We got hashbrowns & yes they may have been cooked on the outside but the middle was still frozen. The bagel sandwich bacon was undercooked the bagel itself tasted stale & old. The money spent itself is not the issue but the principle of it is that we don’t spend money for crap food like this especially with no reason for it to be undercooked with an empty store.

I usually never put a bad review. But they messed my order up. I was not mad and very nice and respectful as I get mistakes happen. But to get mad at me and say something about me walking back to your manager was rude. I was disrespected because you messed up. The manager came out looked mad was very unprofessional and I was glared at from the lady that took my order. It was very uncomfortable.when I said thank you the manager never responded back.

This is an edit to a previous review, which is below. For a long time I was a nearly daily patron at this Dunkin. When the original crew went to work in the Clayton store, this one went down hill very quickly. Twice in a week instead of iced coffee, I received ice tea which with sugar, cream and vanilla. This is a horrible drink! The first time this happened I went back and they corrected the mistake, but it took quite some time and in turn I was late for work. The second time I just trashed the drink and stopped going all together. Today I decided to visit since it had been over 2 months, hoping they had gotten things straightened out. It is still a disaster. I placed a mobile order for DT pickup. It appeared they were only taking and filling 1 order at a time. So, I waited at the speaker, then I waited at the window. I had ordered a bagel sandwich with only bacon and cheese and hash-browns. The hash-browns did not appear to be cooked thoroughly and were cold to the touch and my sandwich had the biggest piece of egg on it. This location needs some retraining or something. I would not recommend.
I frequent this Dunkin’ through the week on my way to work. The girls who get my order together are always very nice, fast and make my order perfect. Their customer service is a big factor in why I keep going back. Love my Dunkin! The younger crew on the weekends could use a little help, they’re nice, but they don’t seem as knowledgeable about the products.

Everytime I go pay 5 plus dollars for Ice coffee latte specialty drink “Lava cake” I get this or just ice coffee with no whip or syrup or coco toping . After I got it this last time I asked where was syrup and topping they women said well first shift didn’t refill the syrup bottles and ignore about the coco topping. Ridiculous. I go here 3 time plus a week for my coffee. Atleast they can do make it correctly or let me know when ordering it won’t be made correctly!
