Brand new location and I wanted to try it. The associate was very helpful in recommending a sugar free coffee option. I had iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and avocado toast. Service was quick and sitting area clean and comfortable. A great place to meet a friend for coffee. The toast was extremely delicious! I highly recommend and I’ll definitely go back soon!

Jessica and Jammie are awesome. Great customer service hot fresh food and coffee is always amazing when those 2 work together. And the lemonade refreshers are amazing. Donuts and munchkins are always fresh. I can’t say enough about these two hard working woman that make this store great.

I call them the 2 J’s jess and jammie. they are the most kindest people to greet you at 530 am. always smiling and always kind. Jessica has such a bright personality and always welcoming and funny. Jammie always calls me baby cakes and i get a kick out of it. it’s refreshing to see such a bright pair after a long shift in the morning. my frozen coffee is always amazing and my food is always awesome. keep up the great work ladies.

went in there had two mobile orders one only had three donuts one was one simple coffee. Took them well over 10 minutes the coffee was done getting watered down and still no donuts. nobody came to help us as we were standing at the register. had an attitude once we said something about the donuts. have had this issue multiple times there!

I hate leaving bad reviews, I know this is a new spot. I popped in there bright and early at 6am, The donuts weren’t fresh unfortunately, my croissant sandwich was actually black and burnt and like a brick! Coffee was good, but wake up wrap was dry. It’s a shame, but again, maybe just one weird experience.

Look, I realize that this store is currently kind of a soft open status, and they aren’t having a Grand Opening until next month, but learn from my mistake. Last weekend I ordered (and paid for) an avocado toast with bacon (extra charge for the bacon) Unfortunately, they overlooked the bacon. I was dining in so it was easily rectified. No big deal.
This morning my husband placed an order through the app and hit the drive thru for pickup. Service was smooth. When he got back with the order though we discovered that once again the bacon was overlooked. I checked the receipt and in case he had ordered without the bacon and the receipt clearly said “bacon”.
I wanted to call the store to bring it to their attention and there’s no phone number listed and no “Contact Us” option on their website. Since I can’t talk to them, I am reaching out here with a cautionary tale to ALWAYS check your order before driving away.

Very rude staff Poor experience we went in. The young girl had an attitude was rushing us. It is 715 y’all close at 8 o’clock as soon as we walk out the door she runs and lock the door. This is the second time lately. We have tried this Dunkin’ Donuts Would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts at all for anyone I would drive to Hickory before going to this one

So we’ve been visiting Dunkin for years. This one is close to work so I seen they opened at 5.30 and I thought great ill swing by and get breakfast before work i was starving. So I pull up and proceed to order a sandwich and she tells me they are out of bread??? Then I said what about hashbrowns she said that they jyst opened and it would take 5 minutes. I said we’ll do you have donuts? She said yes. So I got a donut and a coffee for 7.00 ??? Most Dunkins have their stores ready before they open for food orders. This is a first. Not impressed seemed like it was a problem to make anything like it was a bother and they could of made suggestions of what was available?
