Was really disappointed in the donuts we received. They had a very chemically taste and were very heavy. Donuts should be light and fluffy. Not very pleasing and won’t try again.

This is not a real dunkin, at least not anymore. It’s just a coffee bar in the gas station. There are no baristas, they do not serve dunkin drinks, and they did not even have donuts out today when I was there. It’s essentially just drip coffee, go to the ine farther into town.

I normally have a pleasant experience with wonderful employees who are friendly and kind, but today was different. Now the ladies working did not say anything rude but the one taking my money didn’t even make eye contact with me, she handed me my card back, drink, and receipt without even turning to face me. I almost dropped my drink and when I was smiling and saying thank you she still ignored me. Once my bacon was ready the girl who handed it to me was not smiling but only said “it’s hot.” No one said have a good day or any thing nice during our transaction. The bacon was burnt but after seeing their customer service skills I decided not to even deal with trying to get it corrected. I hope whatever is going on with those ladies gets better so they can be a bit more friendly to customers.

Just waited in line for 10 minutes and the girl said she couldn’t take any orders until another employee showed up. Said she was under staffed at the moment. JUST CLOSE THE STORE and quit making people wait in line to be disappointed. Obviously a Very poorly managed store!
