Honestly I hate being that person, but I am so tired of waiting in line for 10-15 min, paying for my order, and my cup barely being half way full. I’m paying for a medium or large cup, and I’m not even getting what I’m paying for. It’s ridiculous. As soon as I pull out of the drive thru, I can feel my cup is barely full. What are we even paying for?! At least Starbucks fills our cups up all the way and I get what I pay for. Come on!!!!! I’ve literally not taken a sip out of my cup. Don’t go to this Dunkin unless you wanna get a half filled coffee. People are nice but give me a full cup please! I basically pay for a large and get a medium.

It never fails, this place gets my order wrong every single time. I don’t understand how you can be this bad. Lets not mention the outrageous pricing, if you are going to charge $2 extra just to get cold foam on your drink, you can at least make sure you make the drink correctly.

place noticably worse in the last few weeks when it felt like the place was getting better and my coffee was consistent. I wanted to tip Rebecca for noticing and remembering details and I learned it goes to everyone else.. I mean I get it but they didn’t earn it when I only wanted wanted to tip because of what one person did and I cant choose where my money goes makes no sense.

Used to get lattes from here but the taste is never consistent it’s either good or the espresso taste burnt, so I switched my order to a hot chocolate tried to get steamed milk instead of water went one day it was so good went the next day they put water instead of milk even tho milk was on the sticker order. So I changed my order to a frozen chocolate because you can’t mess that up because it’s made with milk but of course they find a way to mess it up my drink tasted like straight chemicals like I instantly spit it out came back to get a refund but since I did tap to pay and didn’t have my card they wouldn’t give me a refund and insisted on making me another drink and low and behold that one taste like chemicals too I’ve never had this bad of an experience

My cashier was absolutely wonderful
But whoever decided to put cash tips towards charity, I will never eat at Dunkin again. You’re not Ever telling me what I can do with my money, Greed is so disgusting Treat your employees better I will never be Back. I don’t want to donate to the Dunkin joy foundation I want to tip people who need gas money to get to work

Why is it that this location consistently giving the incorrect items especially today. While I understand it was snowing but answering the drive thru with “what do you want we’re closing in 20 minutes?” and then following it up “probably not going to be open tomorrow so don’t come back.” Thanks for charging me for 3 donuts after offering them to me since you were closing and then leaving out the muffin I ordered.

This location has become terrible. The service is always extremely slow. The staff are usually unfriendly and seem bothered to talk to customers.
Today was exceptionally slow as we waited 20 minutes to make it to the service window only to be asked if we had cash as the card reader was down. Really?! They waited until each customer pulled to the window to tell them this! No one had common sense to send someone out to the line of cars and let people know? At least let people know at the speaker when they pulled up to order!
I know it’s hard to find people to work nowadays but good grief. Why do these places always start out good and continually go down hill ?!

I ordered at the drive thru. Then when I got the window to pay, they asked me again what I wanted. The cashier didn’t apologize or nothing. I Ordered a hot coffee. Coffee was cold. You can’t tell me they didn’t know this. I asked them did they know the coffee was cold and she said no. She don’t offer to make me another one or anything. Once again no apology. I paid and took it home and heated in the microwave. This seems to be a trend with DD. I’m not sure if the ones they’re hiring don’t care about the customer but I won’t go back to this DD. I was so disappointed.

Honestly, I really hate to give such a horrible review, but I have tried multiple times to return hoping things would get better, only to find the service is still awful. I pre-ordered a hot coffee and end up waiting in line for over 30 min in line to get handed a cold cup with coffee spilled all over the outside of it. This has happened several times. I have also received cold cups with about 1/2 tsp of coffee grounds in the cup. I believe there are some staff members that are trying to to take up the slack for some that may not be able to keep up with the demand and the manager needs to possibly reevaluate the staff. There is one particular male that I have noticed that seems to be unable to keep up with the demand.

This morning I ordered a latte with toasted white chocolate and coconut. I got a completely flavorless latte. Wait times are routinely quite high and honestly the drinks are so inconsistent and often wrong. This place seems to be struggling, but after two years of trying I don’t think I can justify spending my money here anymore. Order at your own risk.
