In the few times I have been her, this location has consistently had an outrageous wait time. 25 minutes stuck in the drive through lane for 4 cars ahead of me! The food is OK (when they get it right). It’s a shame, the location is so convenient for my commute to work, that’s the only reason I have gone back here more than once. They need to hire more help in the mornings.

Haven’t been here in several months due to past bad experiences, but WOW, apparently they have new management and really WOW she was great! They were out of my favorite donut (french cruller) so I got a boston creme instead, the manager not only apologized sincerely, but gave me a 2nd donut AND upgraded my coffee size for free! Store employees were actually smiling for a change and nice! The store has done a full 180 from the past 2 years, will be coming back soon!

Horrible. Slowest Dunkin ever. Most of the time they don’t accept mobile.orders so I go sit at the windows for 20 minutes for a single hot coffee. I’ll take the ride to Taberna Dunkin on top of anyone hot good item is cold. Do not recommend

I’m so tired of this place messing up my orders. The food sucks and so does the coffee. I had some good experiences the first 2 or 3 times then every time after that has been horrible. They usually have an attitude for no reason or just hate being there. I have thoroughly enjoyed my orders in the past, but now it’s suddenly an issue? I have put in complaints with the app regarding mobile orders and have attempted to contact management, but something’s not right. Don’t waste your money here like I have. They need to turn things around already.

I’m only giving this review because I won’t be back to this location.
On multiple occasions they’ve not had a flavor, blocked online ordering, or just out of my favorite lactose free option. But there’s usually a substitute that won’t demolish my stomach or a flavor that I enjoy or an “oh well, we’ll go to the one over here instead”
But today the ladies working took me OUT when they said “we have it we just don’t got it” when I asked if they had any other option besides skim or whole…ma’am
I know it’s supposed to be an option, I ORDERED IT but you clearly don’t have ANY in your possession to make my drink before I gotta get to work in 10 minutes therefore you don’t “got it”
Mind you Publix is a hop skip and a jump away for a manager to go purchase some dairy free options. Soooooo I won’t name names cause people have bad days and I was just as sassy when expressing my utter disdain for lazy management.
So, Toodaloo Dunkin on S glenbournie, I’ll be back in 5 months when there’s all new staff and potential.

Most rude drive through employees at this location. This morning had to be the worst with a young girl that had such a bad attitude, said one word to me the entire face to face encounter when she threw the window back open abruptly because I hadn’t left. I didn’t receive my food, and she just says nasty “what?”. Really, be glad you have a job. This girl needs to be in a non customer service job. Thursday, Jan 29 2026 845 am for the supervisor to reference which employee.

This is probably the worst Dunkin on planet earth… One visit they weren’t open and it was around 8am, I did an online order and it took my payment twice. Another time I came they asked me 4 TIMES what I said (all I said was a cold brew) and I could hear them talking to each other and then they would forget what I said. There was only one person in the drive through besides me. Last, I asked for 5 creams and my drink was so dark.. it’s very unprofessional, very slow, I will pay more to go somewhere else just to not have this experience. If I could give this place -5 stars I would..

Most of the younger crew, especially the girls, absolutely the driest.I’ve ever been around no personality.A chip on their shoulder , like they shouldn’t even be there… In Think trying to get a black tea that’s what I drink. And they’ve been out for 2 and a 1/2 weeks now I just left that’s what’s making me do. This review ordered the TI pull up to the window after waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive through. They have no tea, they tell me so I exchange it to a coffee. I hand them a $20 bill and they said, I’m sorry.We are only accepting cards.No cash today out of the last ten times i’ve been there nine of them were terrible….. I will spread the word about them as much as I can.It’s a terrible establishment between the people in service that i’ve ever seen

If you look at my other reviews, they’re true and sincere and this is no exception. Here are the major concerns:
1. The two employees at this store were emotionless, dead stare zombie like Gen Z’ers.
2. The store only accepted exact change or card.
3. The Mens bathroom was in terrible shape with the toilet seat lid about to fall off, peeling wallpaper, and the outside cover of the wastebasket was covered in filth.
4. They couldn’t print me a receipt because their printer was down or out of paper.
The owner and/or store manager needs to turn this place around.
