They discontinued the coconut milk which was used to make my husband’s favorite drink now less of a favorite drink because he normally chooses the refreshers, the strawberry dragon fruit with coconut milk. The cashier was AMAZING!! They were short staffed on a Sunday and willing to try substituting the almond milk for the coconut milk. It was a HIT! We tried to do this combo at another Dunkin and the cashier flat refused to even attempt. The store was clean, not overly crowded. Just what we needed on a hot day.

The coffee is okay, but I dont think they’ve gotten my order right in the past 10 times I’ve been.
A simple iced coffee with cold foam, and they ASK if I want toppings just for the coffee to not have any toppings.
Service seems to have attitude if you dont just take the drink they made incorrectly.

After waiting 20 minutes in line just to get the wrong order and an item missing and I noticed the car in front of me had to pull in a parking spot and go back into the store with her bag because I assume they got her order wrong as well.

Went 3 times and each time my coffee was made wrong. Today i asked for a frozen coffee and it was liquid went back and guy just wanted to add ice i said no remake it please and second time was worse than the first. I will now be going to the one on 70 even though its further away

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They never get my order right. Literally never. I either order an ice coffee with cold foam and caramel or an iced caramel craze latte just the way it comes usually with a wake up wrap and hash browns or a sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Not once in the last 20+ times I’ve been have I gotten exactly what I ordered. Either there is food missing or they give me the wrong coffee. I am done with Dunkin Donuts and especially this one. Never again. I will drive the 6 minutes out of my way to go to Starbucks or I will make coffee and breakfast at home.

I used your work here a long time ago when it was the original Baskin Robbins Dunking Donuts when I was much younger in my 20’s. I am 42 years old now so I will stop by my former employer every now and then for a ice coffee and a donut.. When I did go on different occasions the service was good. Ice coffee was delicious

Kind of bummed with our current meal. Ordered late breakfast between meetings today.
We are not only missing donuts and sweets. We are eating burnt bacon, and a very toasted everything bagel. Also, had to add our own cream cheese to our bagel.
$50 dollars later, we are still hungry and a little salty.

We ordered at one of the screens- our donuts came out quickly, followed by one of four drinks. Then we had to wait around 10(ish) minutes for the next three, two of which were the wrong drinks. One of the workers brushed it off when asked about it, which left us stumped. I don’t like talking negatively about service because I know how stressful it can be and the other two drinks were made well, it just took a bit of time.
The worker who was wearing the face mask, who I think said he was the cook (he said he usually did not make drinks) was great! If I could give him five stars I would. He was lovely, remaking our two drinks, giving us bigger sizes and then on top of this, giving us a bag of donuts to apologise for the wait time and inconvenience. He didn’t have to, but he did and I really want to say thank you to him. His kindness was really appreciated, even if I didn’t mind the wait!

DD and BR in one, can’t beat that. Whether on the go or for a quick stop to take a moment out of the day and enjoy some Good Quality and fresh food.
Every employee I encountered was super friendly and helpful.
