I rarely post “negative” reviews but I am genuinely just so fed up. The people that work at this Dunkin are the only reason it’s even getting a 3 because they’re amazing. I order the same drink every single time I come, it’s a pretty simple drink imo, a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream. Coffee, caramel syrup and whipped cream. So tell me why I ended up with this, AGAIN?

If I wanted this disgusting cupcake with cinnamon I would have ordered it. It’s too sweet, I hate cinnamon and honestly it’s more work for the people making it.
Of course I don’t realize what they gave me until I’m almost home and then what’s the point? And I feel condescending if I spell it out for them so I make sure they get it right.
I shouldn’t have to say “I want a frozen coffee with 3 pumps of caramel and whipped cream, not that cinnamon sugar thing. And please make sure it’s the right one.” Every time I order. Or when they ask me if I would rather have the cinnamon sugar one and I have to go, “No. I would like what I ordered” and I have to spell it back out for them. Again, the people that work at this dunkin are phenomenal and I do not blame them, they are probably just assuming that’s what I want and hitting the button but holy cow y’all.

Friendly, didnt have to wait long even though the line had several people in front of me. Got the Toasted White Choc Latte- iced, definitely a good choice. Also got the Peppermint Mocha Latte- iced, also very good.

It’s Dunkin, of course the food is great.
But this location is extremely slow when using the mobile app, both drive through and walk-in. People that walk-in, and order in person will get their order and leave, way faster. I tried both the drive-thru pickup method and the walk-in. Both methods required over a 20 minute onsite wait. Meanwhile, people that ordered in person, got their orders much quicker.

I ordered a caramel craze iced latte. He ended up making a hot one and instead of just remaking it, he poured it over ice which then caused my drink to not taste or look very well. I had already ripped $2 but definitely wish I didn’t.

Great service even though the line was very long in the Drive-Thru it moved quickly. Darnell at the window was super you cannot ask for a nicer associate. My coffee bagel and donuts were great unfortunately my snacking bacon was way overcooked but it is usually perfect at this location

Place is always dirty almost every time I come in to get coffee. I have to ask someone to clean the table and the floor is disgusting. I guess management doesn’t care or they should hire people that want to do a better job.

Usually my go to dunkin spot. This last time one drink had to be remade, as the initial one got misplaced, but as it was a busy time slot, and it was out in 2 minutes. I prefer this one over the western location.

This is one of the best most well-kept Dunkin’ doughnuts we’ve been to. It was welcoming enough for us to stay inside; it was peaceful enough for me and the wife to do our Bible study. The service was good enough for us to return. And Lily is amazing!!

Staff is rude and there is never anyone helping the front counter customers, they only focus on drive thru, your wait time inside is about 15 minutes just for your order to be taken. The staff are not friendly or welcoming. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate.
