Overall great experience. Friendly service, quick turnaround. The only thing I saw that wasn’t appealing….everyone had on gloves and never took them off in between transactions. the cashier handled the money then got the doughnuts. Never changed her gloves. You should change your gloves after taking money and touching food. And we saw another girl behind the counter scratched her head while still having her gloves on.

I went to Dunkin in Kinston and I’m am very pleased with the service and the food. Especially the food!! That avocado toast with bacon was magically delicious!! Not even exaggerating! That was the best Avocado toast I’ve had so far!!

I ordered doughnuts and a coffee. Everything tasted great. However, the owner has a STANK and RUDE demeanor. He almost tossed my order out of the drive thru window, ignored me when I spoke to him, and I was the only one in line. I am a polite customer so I’m unsure where the attitude came from. Customer service is paramount to me, so I will not return to this establishment.

Employees are clueless no body knows what they are supposed to be doing. Cashier took a 50 and gave me change for a 20. Then when I said to get the manager to get my correct change back I stood there for 20mins being ignored. And it then became clear why the Employees dont know because the manager doesnt know how to do her job and has a nasty attitude to me and her Employees. I feel bad for them hope they get a manager that cares and will train them. Me while im never coming back thx
